    Fantastic content. 95% of those in a gym need to focus on legs rather than chest day. Great Legs are the mark of a true fitness buff, bodybuilder, and power lifter!!

    I just started watching this video. Does she talk about biking up hills? Well that’s one of building massive quads. It should be a mix in my opinion.

    This is fantastic. Really enjoyed all the anatomy and physiology content with regards to lifting. I enjoy the science more than bro tips.
    It may not be my place but I suggest writing a script. Setfi obviously knows all of this stuff off hand but it might reduce the hesitations on camera.

    Actually...really solid video. I'm gonna do these tomorrow. What do you think about hip abduction machines? As far as rep range ect. Goes. I kinda go really hard on them, I'm getting good results, but I'm worried about long term balance issues. I'll do 400+reps from 90lb to 250ish. 100x 90lbs 15x for every plate all the way up, and back down, then 100×90lbs again. Let me know what you think.

    However they have always told us that squatting with the heels up is harmful for the knees.
    The fact that there is a support for them in these exercises makes them healthy, not harmful and useful for quads growth?

    Really informative and well articulated, Stefi...I especially like when you said “there are no wrong exercises...” implying that one size does not fit all and find the exercises that work best for you. Dr. Ken

      There are always 'wrong' exercises, namely, those that are detrimental to your joints. The wrong knee- or shoulder exercise, for example can easily do more harm than good.

    That breakdown of the different variations of the Bulgarian split squat was so comprehensible with the anatomy charts combined with showing the excersize.
    I now know that I need to prioritize split squats with the dumbell on the side I'm working. #weakhipsbegone

    Sooooo glad you made this video and that I bumped into it!!! Tried telling some people this (especially the lunge part) and they act as if they know everything, so I let them be. Love the Bulgarian Split Squat, but never tried it with the one d.bell. Used Smith, 2 d.bells and a bar. I like!💪🏽🤗☺️

    My gym all I see nowadays is women working their butts, doing variations of squats etc, it's refreshing to see someone, that's obviously worked their full body.👏🏼
