There are two different types of the head units. They require different connection to work well. The first type works with this kind of cable, which connects to AUX L AUX R AUX pins. The another one type requires different wiring according to this video: ua-cam.com/video/1yq5M0Dfajk/v-deo.html Wires should be connected to AF-R AF-L AF pins, and pins D-OUT D-IN should be shorted together to allow AUX selection in the head unit. To determine which one is yours you should look at the left bottom of description of the unit. There are letters like F263 or F199. Those are model name. So if you see only model name and nothing more in the next line, then you probably should go with the first option (connect like in this video). But if you see CAN:29bit, then most likely you would be needed to use the second method.
Calibur the Knight got the wiring block off eBay, came with the pins. Yes, you press the media button to flick through the options of aux, CD player etc
Kotti Stenz what button? Media button? I heard on some videos people say press at once data + and data - Pins, but i don’t understand where those pins are.
Daniel o'callaghan Did you manage to solve this? I read somewhere that if this happens you should press at the same time Data + and Data - PINS but i don’t know where those pins are.
