Put reservation aside
There is a law known as rule 17 in j&k
Which is not more than UAPA or PSA
It is Inshort
If category student scores good like in NEET he will take seat from general category and his own seat will be in his respective category pool
This rule decreased many general category seats
As a result cut off was 648 for general boy
Which was 595 previous year
