Saw your season 2 pala challenge and that made me starting wow Ägäis after a 1 year break. Since yesterday my pala is lvl 70 but I dont know how to begin me first time m+ career. Can you make I detailed pala guide for m+ with talents macros how to help your grp with healing or tanking if situational needed because they have problems while the run or gear upgradepaths etc?
English is not my main language but I will practice it now to maybe find some grps on your discord.
Last thing big respect for talking about mental health there should be more men like you 😊

Hey! Thank you for your kind words, they means a lot. I grew up in a world where showing your emotion meant you were weak and people looked down at you, but that's wrong and more people (not just men) should realise this. So now I'm doing everything I can to help and I hope it is.
As for the Paladin stuff, I plan on making a guide but I am super busy right now so I don't know when that will be, but it is planned. Weapons are the most important for upgrading, certain trinkets are also great. Then armour with main stats, chest, legs etc have a lot of strength.
I hope you join the Discord, the community is amazing and very welcoming. Your English seems fine in writing, I'm sure you will be fine on Discord and I look forward to playing with you :)

Let me rant about my vault.
    1st week tier gloves. Nice.
2nd week tokens for socket. Vault was swamp ass trinket, 2 necks (got lariat) and 3 legs (already had hc legs).
3rd vault tokens for socket. Vault was 3 necks, 2 gloves, and wrists (my other ceafted slot).
    Toxic vaults.

I am diagnosed with autsim and ADHD. English is my second language so forgive me if I write anything wrong. I don't think you should say that you think you are autistic. If you do have any thoughts about it or questioning you should seek out a professional to interview you and get your record. Autism is not a disorder, and people with autism can also be smart.. ADHD aswell...
So let's start with Autism. People in the Autism spectrum is usually average I.Q. level. Then there are 20% of people with autism are sub-intelligence, which means low I.Q. and have hard time with learning and can't get through life without any assistance. And there are 10% of people with autism, including me, that are high I.Q. 130+ Which is the high ability. Where we learn things really fast, we have multiple abilities it can be for gaming, science, learn 50 different characters and outpeforming people that are mono characters etc...
Also Austism is not a disorder, by which I mean... Drop the stigma that autistic people are inferior.. This is not true and we should be treated equally.. Yes we are socially awkward, yes we like to be alone, yes we don't like change... but one person with autism is not the same as the other person with autism..
About ADHD, ADHD is only about attention spams, and focus. Yes adhd can be a hinder in gameplay or learning abilities.. but often it's not. It's only that usually our brains are faster than normal so.. we end up thinking about 300 different things while doing something and often mess shit up because of it.. And.. that's ok. There are medications you can take if you think it's really messing your life up, but if it's not.. just accept it and join the team.
But really though, talk to a professional about autism and get your record and find out before saying that you might have.. it needs to be a specialist in autism who tells you you have it.. no one else...
    Cheers! love the vids!

Maybe there’s some misunderstanding or you’re new around here? But I was diagnosed with ADHD in February and have been on medication for a few months now which have helped tremendously. I’m my assessment he also explained a few things and told me that he’s certain I have autism too, though I need further assessment on this so can’t fully diagnose me at this time. I’m currently on a 3 year waiting list for that so although I’m only suspected autism at this point, I’m pretty sure I do have it. I don’t talk about it like it’s an excuse, I talk about my mental health in the hopes it can help others. I’m an open book and all I want to do is help, so if anyone has questions or want to reach out, I am here.
I appreciate you though, and the time you’ve spent to reach out and send these messages, it means a lot. Thank you.

Hi hi, I would like to start with a welcome, I am Dilli's partner.
We have three children, all suspected ADHD and autism - by me. I am diagnosed ADHD, I wasn't going to get diagnosed but I needed the extra help, life was getting hard. As you are probably aware we are prone to depression and anxiety, probably from the stresses of trying to fit into a society that wasn't built for us.
I see Dilli talking about struggles as a good thing, it removes the stigma you're talking about, shows that people with autism are normal people. In the UK there's been over a 10% increase of neurodivergent children on the SEN register (check out gov.uk for stats) we're coming out of the woodwork, able to accept our differences and work with them instead of being told by the neurotypical world that we're "lazy" or "slow" - this is all to say I passionately believe we should talk about all the good and the bad of being neurodiverse.
I would also like to state that self diagnosis is sometimes all people can do. The NHS is a long wait for a diagnosis, in America that all comes out of pocket and is unaffordable. There are also still stereotypes where people that don't present a certain way won't get picked up on from parents or schools (like women who in the 90's just COULDN'T be ADHD /s). These people go their whole lives believing all the negative things said about them. Then they come across a video of someone who's open about everything (This happened to me). They think, "could that be me?" research ensues, they self diagnose with ADHD or autism and can finally understand why they feel the way they do, why the world just isn't built with them in mind. Your stance is gatekeeping these people from finally understanding a LIFETIME of hurt.
Maybe it's because I grew up in the 90's where mental health just wasn't talked about, wasn't a thing, you were just "sad" and told to get over it. But we take this information for granted. If you think you have ADHD or autism, have researched and have presented this way your entire life, then go on ahead and self-diagnose. It's valid. Not everyone needs to be assessed. I agree if you need help and support, get the assessment, but not many people can.
As you mentioned, everyone is different, Dilli has ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia. This does make it hard for him to learn new things, he's completely within his right to talk about himself. He's not classing it as a "disorder" even though ADHD and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are technically classed a disorder...and a disability. This is how the world sees us, we just have to show that our brains work differently not worse.
As a person with ADHD I'd like to say, it's NOT just about attention "spams". There's a lot of crossover with other conditions, I have many sensitivities, I struggle with emotional dysregulation, I also get overstimulated and stim when I need the the extra stimulation and to regulate my own emotions.
Stating autism or ADHD as a superpower is toxic to our growth, yeah we can do some cool shit. But that's playing into abelistic perceptions neurotypical people like to force on us - "oh you're autistic? What's your superpower?" - no joke, someone has said this. It undermines what we deal with.
If you can't tell I've done my research, I am also studying this at university. As a women diagnosed in her 30's I understand the need to be open about our struggles, because they do exist. We need to initiate change. If we don't do it, no one else will.
      /rantover

@@Kitahand @dilisian (Idk how to tag two people at once on youtube comments, sorry about that) . I understand now, since I'm new and the video didn't state as much info as you've all written here.
I understand that in the UK the process takes long, I'm from Brazil and can relate to that.
The thing about the autism auto-diagnosis, to me at least, isn't something benificial. See, the autistic community is put behind the shadows of normal society and has many misconceptions about it.
To suspect is one thing, to actually be is another.. ADHD is more universal since there is a text-book definition, but autism.. no one can explain. We can read 100 different authors autistic and non-autistic and they'll have 100 different assesments of what autism is.
That's the reason I said that we shouldn't say that we are autistic without getting professional from a specialist doctor of the area.
And yes, you're right that ADHD has a lot of cross-overs with a lot of other mental health stuff. Such as ADHD is a comobidity of autism. But it doesn't mean all ADHD are autistic and also doesn't meant that all autistic have ADHD.
I'm sorry if I sounded frustrated at first to the content creator and to his partner. I didn't mean to, but please understand that everyone now-a-days think they're autistic when they're actually not. And to me it down plays the importance of the "real" autistic people. That's all..
Autism can't be self-diagnosed.. it's investigative diagnosis.. For me it was six months of the investigative diagnosis, with interviews and testings.. That's the only way people can be diagnosed with autism... since it's much more than just being an "outsider".
Please give updates on the autistic investigations . Like I said, I love the vids.. I like your voice and will keep watching and supporting.
Once again, I'm sorry if I sounded too aggressive on the first comment.. Didn't mean to.

    • @Kitahand
      @Kitahand 6 місяців тому +1

No, I'm sorry, I went too ranty. I am only ADHD (as far as I know), I see no signs of autism within myself. But I do see signs in my children that aren't explained by ADHD or another condition. But from my research DO resemble autism.
For me it's important to understand WHY a behaviour is happening. Yes autism is a spectrum. Symptoms are shared with other conditions (it's literally a made up term by society to place non-normative behaviours in a box). I wasn't suggesting that everyone with ADHD has autism or the other way around, though your chance is higher if you have autism, as you stated.
The thing is, it's all guess work, self-diagnosis doesn't take away from that. In any case, Dilli was told by a professional that he suspects he has autism but can't diagnose him as he has to go through other channels.
There's a lot still unknown about not just autism, but mental health OVERALL. Mental health has lagged behind physical health for many years. It has only just started to see focused research.
Please don't gate keep people from trying to understand themselves. I'll always ask if they've researched. If they haven't and they just assume then sure, that's wrong. Dilli has researched. I have researched. If you suspect there's something up, USUALLY there is.
It's a privilege to be diagnosed. Self-diagnosis doesn't give you understanding from society. But it helps you begin in forgiving yourself.
I do appreciate you opening up a chance to talk about these things though, because it is important to be weary. Always ask why.
