I enjoy your little tips and tricks they actually super clever...i like that you give us options as in SA we don’t always have things you do ie candy melts, I find them super helpful
Love the final design!! It came out lovely esply with the 'foliage' and 'rocks' :-). Question though- wouldn't the path based design be much faster if we did it on a parchment and then wrapped that around the cake ? Wouldnt that save time required to smooth out individual patches? Or is there a reason that may not work as well?
Absolutely! That’s one of my favourite techniques and I have a full tutorial on it but if a person doesn’t have acetate/parchment or is nervous to try the technique, this is maybe leas intimidating :-)
I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s not that stable of a cream where as buttercream are more stable since the butter allows it to solidify and hold it’s shape hope that helps 🤗
Good question! I usually give them to friends and family but sometimes I scrape them and re-decorate or do one design on one side of the cake and another design on the other 😊
Yes!!!! this is the best and easiest camo cake tutorial i have found on you-tube and it looks beautiful.
Wow, thank you!

@@BritishGirlBakes Gotcha! Thank you so much!
What a fun design!! 😍😍
Love the cake! My nephew has requested a camo cake for his birthday. Could I use this technique on cream cheese frosting?
Did you do green and brown in the beginning to get the olive green ?
This is so awesome! I can't wait to do this 😍😍
For the crumb-coat, how long should I put it in the fridge?
Hi just place it in the fridge until it’s firm to the touch so about 10-15 mins in the fridge hope that helps 🤗
Brilliant as always xx
I will make a como buttercream..could share the buttercream recipe?thanks
Thank you mum
This is so cute!
This is an awsome cake!So cool!😊😁❤
Can I use same technique for whipped cream cake
I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s not that stable of a cream where as buttercream are more stable since the butter allows it to solidify and hold it’s shape hope that helps 🤗

I have a silly question, what do you do with all the cake you bake? I have so many creative ideas but can’t keep baking cake and eating all of it 😂😂😂
Same. Question 😊
Good question! I usually give them to friends and family but sometimes I scrape them and re-decorate or do one design on one side of the cake and another design on the other 😊
