    im so happy that i got NASM certified. They truly set you apart from other cert programs, regardless of how much people say all certs are the same. They're not. NASM knocked out Four years of schooling for me personally. Lol thats just my opinion lol

    There seems to be elbow hyperextension as he pushes forward or is it because of the shooting angle? And is elbow hyperextension allowed in this pushing assessment?

    Question. How do you determine how much Weight/Resistance should a client use for a assessment?

      as far as i know it sud be their 10 rep max (doesnt have to be a max), just warm up from lighter weight and slowly progress to a weight where 10 rep is a bit challenging. since its a movement assessment not an actual workout yet, u dont have to get ur client sore.

      Hi Lee - Choose a weight the client finds challenging but not exhausting. Generally, you will observe 10 repetitions. So a load that is challenging in the 10-12 rep range is appropriate.
