He has received two National Film Awards, three Filmfare Awards South and three Nandi Awards. Krishna Vamshi is an Indian film director, producer, who primarily works in the Telugu film industry. In 1996, he directed the film Ninne Pelladata. He Subsequently Directed Movies Sindhooram, for this he won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu, For Anthapuram(1998) he received Filmfare Best Director Award (Telugu), Samudram(1999), Murari(2001), Khadgam(2002), Sri Anjaneyam(2004), Chakram(2005), Danger(2005), Rakhi(2006), Chandamama(2007), Sasirekha Parinayam(2009), Mahatma(2009), Mogudu(2011), Paisa(2014), Govindudu Andarivadele(2015).For Chandamaama, Khadgam and Chakram Movies Vamsi Received Nandi Award for Best Director. He won Filmfare Best Director Award for Ninne Pelladata, Khadgam, Anthapuram and National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu for Sindhooram, Ninne Pelladata. His upcoming movie Nakshatram is on sets.

i've never seen a 4 hour interview before and this is my first one only coz he's KV, he made the most seminal films of my childhood, "ninne pelladatha" and "sindhuram" renduu modern classics, especially sindhuram, aa cinema energy and feel nenu malli ee telugu cinemalo choodaledu. andulo konni shots and blocks aithey goosebumps isthai. KV jeevitham ni oo chinna kitiki lo nunchi chuse avakasam ichhinanduku thanks TNR gaaru, truly an exemplary film maker.

Krishnavamsi garu ,meeru maatladina as Reddy garu maa tata garu. Ayana Mee gulabi movie ki kuda nagara man ga vunnaru and we all came and watched the shooting near Indira park. Ramya Krishna garu gave 10,000 rupees on that day to my grandfather. we still remember her for this.
