Maybe update this for mid-late league. The price of this scarab crashed hard. Of course the price of the uniques also crashed, but I don't think it crashed as low as the scarab. I find 25c seems to be the sweet spot to turn this gamba into a real profit strategy you can just casually add to any mapping. Even without hitting the big tickets items, you get lot of 80~100c items and even bad ones may be 15~40c which would pay for itself on average. Really bad long streaks (like 5c or less) are quite rare for my experience and 1 middle of the road hit may cover for bad streaks. You can turn lot of high demand 10~30c chests into 1~4div depending on rolls by 6link them for extra 25c cost (and they sell better this way). You can add some gamba element and double corrupt some of them as well like perfect rolled Ephemeral Edges. I did get lucky and got MB and HH.
he has a rampage mod somewhere. "Rampage is a kill streak mechanic that provides rewards for killing increasing numbers of enemies without stopping. The rampage effect is only available for characters wearing certain items with the unique Rampage modifier."
