It was a grueling tournament in Backpack Battles at the old gem patch, where a certain round involved infinite regeneration versus thousands of armor, and even 400 regeneration couldn't withstand the later fatigue because you could be hit from full health in less than 2 seconds, so there was no way to heal. On the other hand, an armor build doesn't need to heal because it had 4,000 armor prepared at the beginning of the fatigue phase
i love sifd but this one is triggering me 😂😂😂 it is kinda working in bronze because most opponents are people that doesn't know how to play and beginners but on higher ranks you lowkey could get behind really fast if you just want to "play safe" and have space instead of using your gold for synergy and buy the space as you need it.
Before watching this I watched another content creator playing Backpack Battles and they were forever short of backpack space because they hadn't bought enough early on.
@@urkerab this is also true. but i tend to sell early game items to compensate and get a better item or space out of it. it is a balancing act. always buy stones and some things on sale for example is kinda a thing because you can sell it for the same price you got it.
I do enjoy healing builds, and having the Burning Blade for scaling damage as well is very sweet. Imagine if you also had Gingerbread Jerry to also increase your max hp indefinitely!
So I did some math and figured out that heat applies using compound multiplication. It would take 286 stacks of heat to reduce Burning Blade's coolsown to 0, at which point not only would you be attacking an infinite amount of times per second, but you'd also generate max stacks of heat in an instant. At that moment, three things will happen. 1: Wolpertinger will have its cooldown set to 0 and begin to fire an infinite amount of times per second. 2: You will accumulate 2.1 billion stacks of every buff, while your opponent will gain 2.1 billion stacks of blind 3: Assuming the game is running these calculations client side, your game will crash. HOWEVER, if the game does its calculations server side, lets just say that the game will not be playable for anyone for a few minutes (possibly hours) So yeah, this build is a *little* bit broken if you end up in a mirror match.
The game does every calculation on the client side, the only data you get from the internet is the inventory of your opponent (which is bad because it makes it very easy to cheat in this game)
20:23 is a g∅d awfu| reorganization. Instead of keeping the armor below and just inverting the banner columns, he'd rather waste 6 fire pit slots only to have 6 flames in the 9x9 right below (that could be a full 9x9 of flames, he just randomly scatters 1 slot items to give people with ocd a headache).
@@dantelqs2998 considering he hearted my comment without telling me off himself, he neither disagrees with the point i make nor needs your white knighting. Funny how that goes.
If I understand it correctly, I think the draconic orb is in fact realy good in this build. assuming i'm right, it activate once, remove a spike and give you one heat, then it activate a second time, remove another spike and give you two heat this time because there have been 2 spikes removed. if you play a build that specialise in removing buffs from the opponent, the draconic orb would give you an insane amount of heat against any opponent playing spike.
I don't know the math but it hurt me when he passed up the on sale draconic orb for sure! Lol. Had to look at comments to see if anyone else mentioned it.
That now how draconic orb work, it simply remove 1 spike for 1 heat. Next activation it remove another spike for 1 heat. That only and ONLY if there was a spike remove. Draconic orb is really usefull for mostly 2 thing. 1 - The Crit, it the main reason to play draconic orb. 2 - The activation rate, it make a perfect goobert proc. The remove spike and heat generation is really good if it happen but it mostly a bonus. Also it got nerf from 5 Next hit is crit to 4 Next hit are crit.
Fatigue would kill when the fatigue dmg got into the max health ex: Health 610 would die in 610 fatigue even with 1000 regen. The only way to around this is if you got a present and got a chesse, then your max health would ever be bigger than the fatigue (thanks to heat), making you imortal.
Also, you say the blind is useless, and it's certainly not as strong as some options, but you can definitely make a build based on it. I saw someone counter the 100% damage immunity berserker build by just keeping the opponent blind forever using the Sun Armor to make fire items holy and trigger the Burning Banner.
I felt sure that Sifd wasn't making full use of the holy fire items but I was merely thinking of the Sun Armour which should have been surrounded with flames.
Considering how many pet builds are rampant right now. I'm in master and it's nothing but ranger rat builds and other blind builds. Blind doesn't affect pets so... It's only gonna be good against zergs mainly... Also you have to fully commit to blind. There is so many cleansing in each class his little blinds woulda done nothing in this run
12:25 wait what? The box of riches is exactly that, there's no point to throw it out because you already bought it and it's generating free money for you, you could just keep selling the gemstones to make extra money and you're not full on space. The random gems that appear in the shop are only one slot and its not on every roll so I think the net positive could have been better than the negatives. But I guess Sig you want to super maximize your chance for getting hearts then maybe? but one gem pays for a whole reroll so I still don't think it's worth throwing it out
I do like your backpack battles videos but LOVE your magiccraft videos! New patch!!! I already ROASTED the last level on hard. Molten core AND the lightning AOE one together with tracking snakes is the best! The last boss barely did anything, I just held my cursor over his head and BBBRRRRTTTTT
Hey sifd, yhere is a build where you can insta kill on second 0 by using stoneskin potions and sun shields. The sun shield if i recall deals 5 damage per 10 block
Adding one Hungry Blade / Bloodthorne to this takes it from meme to busted. Add one more "wolfentiger" (hehe) to help out with stamina recovery and you're good to go.
Sifd i'm pretty sure fatigue is scaling way faster after a certain amount, it should scale up 5 at the time so you would die faster but still crazy healing
I was gonna say that there was a gem that could counter regen, vamp and healing, but who builds that anyway? Btw, does that gem also deny Phoenix and lantern?
Aaaahhh nooo you haven't socketted the amethyst inside the heart so no heal reduction on your opponent ans heart is a holy item so he gets a synergy with banner!! I hurts xD 14:08
I hope one day he's gonna pronounce wolpertinger the correct way.. I mean its not that hard, its not wolpentiger its not wolpetiger or anything tiger related hahahaha

longest he would be able to last is 611 seconds and than get 1 tapped by fatigue

classic sifd
Day 8 of hoping that Sifd will pronounce Wolpertinger correctly.
I would say the only thing countering you would be 100% antiheal gems. But you could counter that using healing gems on armours
Also healing gems on armours would make you imortal

You should try a no attack build on poison girl ots actually decent now with caldrom and otger poison and biff stealing
WolpertiNger 😜 No tiger, a tinger ☺️

None of the UA-camrs I watch pronounce this properly

Did they fixed the Burning Blade bug?
I heard about that and watched carefully on this video. It was working from what I saw.
What bug?

btw is there poison in this game. If yes can you make poison build.
Who cares if you go down to two hearts, when later you can say "I'm not even losing any life"

Sifd, pls do the instakill build with sun shield and stone potion

Why not use a thorn blade?
