Actually the best method for Artdeshine coatings including NGC is to apply it to surface and leave it 5-10 minutes max before wiping it off with first and second towel. There is no fear that wiping off will be difficult. That way you let the coating do it's self leveling while also leaving the thickest layer of the coating bonded to the surface. We recommend 5 minutes if temp is above 25C and up to 10 minutes if temp of the surface is below 25C. We also recommend you use our towels - Artdeshine T2, which are 320 GSM and perfect blend of 70% polyester and 30% polyamide. While T1 series are 600 GSM made for those looking for a thick buffing towel.
@@artdeshineadria great, so the 60-120 seconds before first and second towel was a complete waste and there is no protection now because it’s all wiped off? These were clearly laid out in the instructions, I also double check through email. I will have to reach out and request additional NGC to apply another coat. I feel I just wasted hours, can a thick coat be applied on top of what I’ve already done? I don’t believe it increase the thickness whatsoever so far.

No. What you did is perfectly fine and protection is there like it should be. We gave you a pro tip that there is no need to panic and wipe right after 1 or 2 minutes. You can leave it longer and still do the wipe. At same time coating will benefit from self leveling and more uniform layer.
Who said you should do panel by panel and wait each time? You can start applying and after 5-10 minutes just stop and start buffing where you started applying - makes sense? Some manage 1/3, some even 1/2 the car in one go.
How does NGC V3 compare to the other ArtdeShine coatings? I found the V2 was a lot slicker than v3
