I was patiently waiting for some clips of his tackles and I was certainly not let down. Some of the hits he put on Sinckler and Tuilagi were extraordinary for his size and position. Very good prospect for that Scotland 12 jersey. Not to mention his attacking style 👌🏻💪🏻
Another great video, thanks. I really like the way Johnson seems to slide and swivel his way through the opposition. He is certainly a complete rugby player with his great passing and brave, strong tackling. As for his try against England - absolute legend!!
I remember watching him when he first joined Glasgow and thinking "God, I wish he could play for Scotland!" Now he does! And I couldn't be happier about it!
I've played allot of rugby and I'm seeing a weakness in the fullback position which is the last line of defense. I think coaches should look at placing quick centre's at fullback rather than former wingers, since a quick center is a better defender than a wing.
