Good morning! May I ask how do I add a background image that can be overlayed through other swing components? Internet says that you should extend JPanel but when we're using Intellij we usually extend to JFrame right? How can I do this? Thank you
I like this video. When I add my two buttons, they do not adjust size when I put the second one into place. The first button is hugh and the second button is tiny. Is this a setting I missed previously?
you are using columns of different sizes. Just do not limit the column size. So when you add a button in the second column, the two columns will share the entire width. it is not easy to explain better what you should do.
JFormDesigner is a paid plug-in that can be added to IntelliJ IDEA (If there is a free version of this plug-in, please let me know). In this video, I used the default UI designer of IntelliJ IDEA. the default UI designer is different than JFormDesigner

Hello, thank you for watching the video. IntelliJ IDEA has many surprises. It is possible that they made some updates since I published the video. If your application works without errors, then no problem if the controls are set to null.
Hi , the video is wonderful 👍 I created a GUI the same way you did but in the text field the cursor is blinking with black box type because of that my text gets hided and when again the cursor blinks it is visible Can you please provide a method to set the cursor style or I guess the caret style from black to normal plzz
