Can you draw over the storyboard for making the final drawing? I'm trying to do it traditionally because I'm not good at digital art or have the proper equipment for it.
@@phantom-X2086 yes! If youre doing it traditionally, go to your local art store and buy a kneaded eraser and lightly erase your drawing and then draw the final drawing over them!
Your raw drawing is too good , even in sketch the anatomy and perspective is basically perfect already , while im still stuck with slower method as 3d model/perspective ruler/reference , i know i can be fast like u if i always doodling
You're averaging quite a lot of panels per page. I find that to be unconventional in manga. Also seems like the dimensions/aspect ratio of your book makes it so that the book is really tall. I wonder what a double page spread looks like in these.
Lol this simple BUT TIME SAVING way u story board just changed my game !!!!! I’m going to do this now instead of getting hung over certain ideas on one page 💞💞💞💞 ty!!!
My storyboards are much smaller and with less detail but I put lights and shadows on the panels already. It helps me in figuring out how the final look and vibe should be like. Your storyboards are like my sketches of full-size pages 🥲 It looks like you combine the storyboard and sketch stages to save some time.
Damn, I didn't know you got skills of doing the storyboarding digital. I normally sketch my art on a sketchbook, scan them, and draw over the sketch digitally (lineart and coloring wise). Awesome video by the way as you're cooking with these videos 🔥
Im still in the storyboarding phase for my book, really cool to see how efficient your process is! I only get about 1 or so storyboards done a day (while having a day job) but i know im saving myself a lot of work later down the road. Love your videos!
Did you find that template for the pages, or you made it? I might have to make one for myself. That seems very helpful. You can see the pages all together and get a better look. I don't have EX yet, so I had to make a double page spread template for myself. It's not perfect, but it's close.
Shooting for 1M subs! It's time. lol
What document size do you use for your storyboards?
How's your knee healing?
@@Thollis1987 much better.
@@whytmangatv Awesome 👍🏾
1 mil letttss gooooooo (I need more VA animated chapters 😩🙌)
Im telling y’all. Storyboarding saves soooooo much time and creative thinking for the final drawing

THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! The timing couldn't be more perfect. For someone who tries to storyboard their own story this is of a value of gold.
Waiting for the day when you're manga will become an anime and we all will wait for its next season

Would you like to help me create a manga?

when you writing and thinking of the story do you scribble down some ideas for panels as well?
Sometimes.
Really amazing story boards
Hello! fantastic job, as always!
I have a question. Do you base each panels on a script? Or do you make the dialogues as you draw the storyboard?
I explain here ua-cam.com/video/NA2FQ_ZQ7NQ/v-deo.html
@@whytmangatv thank you! More power to you, man!

I learned about storyboarding in art school. But storyboarding is us in animation it's very helpful.
i was even thinking (possibly overthinking) about storyboarding some moments ago. perfect timing 🤌🏾🤌🏾
Great video. Can u do a tutorial on how to get clarity on a page? I run into a problem were scenes lack depth & impact.
