What exercises do you do for body control or is it something you’ve gained over time?

Honestly just practicing ninja warrior is what gives you more control. I would also suggest some type of tumbling. Even on a trampoline. Increasing air awareness is awesome.

@@BraziBros Thanks! I've realized the best ninjas like Drew, Adam Rayl, etc. have insane body control. They're aware of each movement so it's something I've been looking into for my own training.
