Yo i love watching lucas's videos becuase no one posts like ninja warrior related content as much and its so fun and relatable and you really feel like youre on the journey. Wow thats a pretty long run on sentence lmaoooo but you guys get the gist. His videos are awesome and i love to watch them. Like its not forced, i can actually enjoy them unlike all these other youtubers.

i tried the crows nest at ubw and it's honestly the dumbest obstacle ever, it takes forever to set back up for the next runner.
I like it, but it should be down and back up, then there would be no reset needed.

Hey bro, I have been a long time subscriber and I have a quick question. I can do a 8-10 second negative OAC, am I strong enough for the full OAC? Is my for off? Or should I just train the concentric motion more?

I have always wanted to be in a ninja comepetition....
You might find one in a city near you if you do a search. I'm fortunate enough to have a ninja gym only 3 miles from where I live so I go there 2 or 3 times a week. I set up crazy obstacles sometimes even if I am not the best ninja at that location.

so did they change the rule for the 50k? because it used to be whoever was the fastest overall time between the stages got the prize, not doing all 4 stages perfect
