Imo it's a little ambiguous because the notes talk about the making the next P-chan, and it's not clear if that was written before the one we see is made or if it's implying that since things didn't work out with the current P-chan she'll make another. You also still see her overdosing and engaging in a lot of dangerous behavior when she plays through the game herself. Other endings like Normie Life and such are overall happier in terms of situation but don't have her leave P-chan behind. Personally I think cucked is underrated as a good ending haha, she leaves P-chan behind and there's no reason to assume that it will go as bad as it did in the one where she goes murder crazy. Basically it all depends on interpretation.
