    Makes me keen to start converting my little shed into a fish room. Just need to figure a way to control the temperature out there.

      I'm using a split system that is always on, still much cheaper than lots of aquarium heaters

    Why do you put the plants in the terracotta pots? Haven't seen it before. Is there a specific reason? Do you use soil in the pots for plant growth and then rocks on top of it?

    • @Fin2FinAquariums
      @Fin2FinAquariums  8 місяців тому +1

      Yeah have a substrate in the pots that is for plant growth, then the rocks on tip to stop it coming out the pot. I use the terracotta pots as I can move them around easily when catching fish, swap tanks if need be things like that, just gives me more flexibility to mix things up.
