My framerate is well over 100 on streets. The lowest I've seen is 80 fps. PC specs are in the description! Also, the gopro footage messed up project settings for gameplay. But it is buttery smooth with no stutters anymore. Just DSYNC... Maybe I need to build a router?
Love the vid buuuuut, your radiator is not gonna last long, the highest point is currently where the pump/pipes are, you should flip it or install it in the roof instead with pipes facing down, much love tho keep it up :3 ♥️
@@IVsLIIts the pump thats in danger of breaking not the radiator. Anyways, if where the fluid enters the pump is the highest point, then you have an issue with air pockets in the pump. Its fine here.
@@raisingcainz1739 aye but o thin if the pipes out of the radiator are up when fitted on the side has a high chance of collecting air as time goes on, therefore pump needs to work harder etc to get the fluid circulating, think ideal would be to have the pipes out from the radiator on the bottom, that way the air is never an issue and it should last alot longer

i have no idea why but i have never been more captivated in my entire life, the skillfulness with the knife opening packages, the gracefulness when inspecting parts, the backgroud radio just like dad used to do when tinkering on cars, this is a relic that needs to be but in a museum.

Hey there Anton, first of all congratulations on the new PC. Hope this rig will make it even smoother for you to make content and enjoy Tarkov even more.
First of that thing you didn't knew is a WiFi-Antenna for your Motherboard. Also the 30/40-Series Cards are huuuge xD That's something special when you see it the first time (had the same with my 3090FE). Andi also love that the building of the PC was a bit scuffed.. like back in the old days when u made those Armor-videos. Have a nice 2023 regarding content and enjoyment.
Watching Anton build his Tarkov rig while also scav running feels appropriate for this video.

Just built a pc with 4080 and i9 13900k getting like 90-120 fps on streets in 4k (DLSS Quality, looks 99% like native) and its amazing. Hope u can enjoy it even more now.
Building pcs is always a really fun experience I wish I got better frames on streets I get like 80 to 100 depending on where I am on streets but you got a really cool pc build anton

@@dean8525 well thats my avg sometimes it dips down to like 60 or 70 like when i went to the big buildings behind the crane but thats rare but still if it happened inna firefight I'd prolly have a slight disadvantage because of it
@@catdelnorris how are 60 -70 or 80 fps are a disadvantage in fire Fights? Not all people have Rigs wich can push constant 100 fps also there is not a huge difference between 60 and 100 fps because most Monitors have 60 or 120 Hz if you don't get 120fps with a 120hz monitor it does not make a difference if you have 60 or 100 fps.

I was having issues with this patch and I had a setup close to what you were using before this awesome upgrade. Turning the audio thing off gave me back my constant 90-100fps. However, this vid makes me want to get a new cpu for sure haha. Keep up the good work Anton.

6:58 i remember the first card i got was a sapphire by ATI Radion. It looked like an internal 56k modem with a dinky little cooling fan on it. these new 40 series cards are absolute units.

My very first dedicated graphics card was a ATi (now owned by AMD) 4MB 3DRage card for AGP, thing didn't even have an active cooler, and the funny thing is, the PCB on the founder edition RTX cards is almost as small yet the coolers are MASSIVE

Really cool build. It's recommend to install the radiator on top if you can't do it with the tubes down on the front, but I know you won't read this comment and even if you do you won't really care. Have a good one Big A.

@@AntonsChannel You can leave it as is for now but eventually, a small amount of liquid will evaporate from the cooler and with the tubes up, some air might get to the pump which is not good. Gamersnexus has a video about it if you want to dig deeper (AIO Mounting Orientation).
that antenna is for bluetooth and hot spot/wifi., i struggled getting my xbox controller connected via bluetooth for the longest time and it was because i didn't install that antenna

did the big nono putting motherboard on the anti static bag, the inside is a good insulator however the outside is a good conductor... luckily it's pretty hard nowadays hardware to die of static electricity.
i wish i could write off high end hardware as business expenses too

I just built a very similar pc…just with a 3080ti. Couldn’t land a 4090 and didn’t want the 4080. 13900k, z790 apex mobo, ddr5 ram…runs tarkov WAAAAAY better than before. Too bad Tark is so unoptimized, gameplay doesn’t change a ton. 6 years in for me at this point

Dont know if you know already or if theyve fixed it but apparently the new audio model makes you lose frames so disabling binaural audio brings back a bunch

Same I have had really bad experiences wwith Zotac cards and then customer support.
@Tom R I've never personally owned anything from them. I just never got the feeling online that they were a solid brand.
