I see nobody is talking about how much thought you put into this so i'll let you know i recognize it. First off: You made hal look 13 when he was created by a 13 year old dirk.
The "falling with nothing to hold" is reflective of how dirk was constantly awake with both selves, never sleeping and having absolutely no company on derse because roxy was asleep.I just think you did a really great job on this short animatic, it was beautiful. If you wanna get a real tearjerker, next time youre doing anything that has to do with dirks mental anguish have him decapitate himself.

WOW!!!! Dude honestly this was SO amazing. I remember that scene with the auto responder REALLLY fucken hit home when I first read it, just like... constantly feeling like your surrounded by yourself and always acting like you're the best when you know its not true. This song perfectly captured everything I felt when I first read that.
