@Jminju I don't know the cause maybe because of the choreography but RBW issued an official statement that she had injured her lower back and wasn't able to attend kcon with Mamamoo. She is not doing more complex movements of the choreography and won't be promoting next week.

No. You can tell she isn't lip syncing because her live voice and the backtrack are too different. Her putting down her mic doesn't prove she isn't lip syncing but actually it can be used to say she IS lip syncing.
She said in the show that she didn't want to lip syncing, yet during this performance, her back was still hurt. At first she got hurt, she could hardly move. She chose to stand on the stage and dance as usual just because she said she didn't want to regret. She bared the pain and gave us such an awesome performance. Don't judge anyone before you know the whole story. WORDS CAN HURT. And that's one of the reasons why she wrote this song.

One thing I love about Hwasa is that she doesn't fit the typical Korean beauty standards, but she doesn't let that hold her back. She's unafraid to be herself, it's very inspiring, and I love it!!!
I wonder why many people are commenting that she lipsynch? I mean she's part of MAMAMOO and never lipsynch, that is why they are called as Queen of live performance even though they are considered as Rookie group. MAMAMOO only have one lipsynch performance (try search it "MAMAMOO LIPSYNCH) and you will understand why they always sing live. Even in HIP they wear head microphone because they focused on the dance, but they still sing it live, because they said they are suck at lip synch and it is their nightmare. For the background vocal/ playback, it is needed to keep the performance on track and help the singer to traced back their beat.
Most idols with intense choreo or a handheld mic and choreo where they need both their hands have either backing vocals, the cd track in the background, or LAR (live audio recording with breaths). When groups do that it doesn't bother me - but if they sing live over the LAR and it doesn't match up or there is an echo like in this performance it drives me crazy lol
Most groups use some form of a parachute for vocals. Nothing wrong with that, but I love hearing for example Hongjoong from Ateez (who has a lot of really intense choreos) sing live because it sounds different every time, never perfect and that makes each performance unique. Anyways there most definitely is a LAR in the background here but it is easy to distinguish what is the prerecording and her live vocals. Can't expect dancers to do both all the time and thats fine

One time, I temporarily injured my back and lemme tell you, I could barely get out of bed. The fact that she was HOSPITALIZED and can still do THIS is absolutely amazing. There is no way I'd be able to do body rolls and other moves that are so hard on the back if I had an injury. Hwasa is incredible.
