Here’s a simple Carnivore Bread recipe made with minimal ingredients and completely compliant with a carnivore diet:
Ingredients
6 large eggs
4 oz (115 g) cream cheese (optional, for softer texture)
1/2 cup (50 g) pork rinds, crushed into fine powder (or use pork rind flour)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp beef tallow, butter, or ghee (melted)
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with tallow, butter, or ghee.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, mix the crushed pork rinds (or pork rind flour), baking powder, and salt.
Blend the Wet Ingredients:
In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, cream cheese (if using), and melted fat. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Combine Wet and Dry:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Pour and Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Slice:
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack. Slice once it’s completely cooled.

🤔 I’m losing weight eating oatmeal each morning… But overall carb count for the day is low. The rest of the day is more like keto. I think total glycemic load is more important.
Why bother with grains if it is design to poison animals to survive?
I would remove the oatmeal stat. Research how much chemicals are in your oats. I use the website clean label project for some of my purchases. I found that, a few years ago when I was eating oats, the only approved ones were in India and I couldn’t get them. Oats are not healthy for you, or your heart. I would say if you need them, which you don’t, steel cut only.

I've been making a version of this bread for sometime. I also add a tablespoon of inulin powder, and 1/4 cup ground walnut, and I use suet instead of butter.

Is Farmers We Know Gluten Free Sprouted Rolled Oats good and Ezekiel Low Sodium Sprouted bread good to eat
I understand that store bought bread and wheat flour from the grocery store is really bad for you. But I make my own flour from wheat berries I get from Azure that are not supposed to be sprayed with chemicals. I have also learned that bread made from wheat berries are actually good for you and heal the gut. I eat healthy keto and only my homemade bread. Is that ok. I limit how much I eat of it still. Being able to eat bread again feels so good.
Curious if coucous..is a bad grain…semolina is wheat…but a carb …your thoughts?

Take your glucose afterward and see if it shoots up and how long it takes to go down. While there are certain generalities that can be made, there can be quite a bit of variability on how each person responds to different food. The only way to know for sure is to measure your blood glucose afterward.
