      You can generally get a dna test done at the hospital afaik. In addition to that no hospital can force you to sign the paperwork affirming paternity. Or course if you're already married you're kind of screwed because many states default paternity to the husband of record

    When I was on my grind in my 20s, you were out after Chad, Tyrone, etc. I would have given you my world, but you didn't want it.
    When I was on my grind in my early 30s, you married "the love of your life" and gave him a child. I would have given you my world, but you didn't want it.
    When I was on my grind in my late 30s, you'd left Mr Perfect and (with child in tow) decided I wasn't so bad after all. You wanted to give me your world, but I didn't want it.
    Now we're both in our 50s. You had your chance with me back when you were young, beautiful, able to have my child, and capable of building a life with me.

    Woman says if she makes $150,000 and man makes $50k her money is inconsequential. Amazing the rationale. Young woman in office chair says men argue with logic while I'm arguing my feelings. She admits that she will not tell you you are right.
    And these are the days of our lives.....when pride is more important than keeping a family together, not ruining children, and both parties lives overall.

      Kevin Samuels (RIP) once had a woman on his show who was planning to make, literally, $1 million per year off the social work clinic she was planning to start. When he asked her how much a man had to be making, she said $80,000 per year. When asked what percentage of the household bills she would take responsibility for, she said TEN PERCENT. Let that sink in. This $1 million a year wannabe was willing to pay, basically, the cable and water bill and put everything else on the $80,000 a year salary earner making more than 10X less. Said it with a straight face, too.
      “His money is OUR money but my money is MY money” is a very real and widespread attitude. But no worries…the $50,000/year guys are widely considered “broke and dusty” by women who don’t make as much, let alone a $150,000 sista. She’s NOT dealing with him in the first place. That’s why he’s (increasingly) waiting for his Passport to arrive and planning his departure🤷🏾

    DeSantis got a W on this one, even though he's a clown. When I heard this bill was in the works I thought it was a joke, but now it's official, wow. Serita is completely right, I've heard this same thing from my former pastor. When she would conduct premarital sessions, she said that it was ALWAYS the women who wanted custom vows and would tell her what to take out of the traditional vows. However, 3-5 yrs later, she'll get a frustrated call or visit from the wife that she needs prayer because she's about to serve divorce papers. When the pastor would ask them why, the said-wife would say, (from the pastor mouth): BECAUSE HE DOESN'T DO WHAT I SAY AND I'M NOT HAPPY ANYMORE.

  • @robchurch881
    @robchurch881 Рік тому +36

    No, this is bs. The reason why men do not initiate divorce as much as women is because they know they will lose their children. I spent over 80k to fight for custody of my child. I was ordered to pay both my lawyer and her lawyer, so the longer i fought, the more it cost me to pay both lawyers. In the end, i was granted 50/50 custody. That does not mean i get my child half the time. I was still only able to see my son every other weekend, which is 4 days a month. What it means is each party pays their share of child support. I had to pay 65 percent and my ex wife had to pay 35 percent based upon both our incomes. Otherwise, how would 50/50 custody work? Lets say my son is enrolled in school, which he was. Do you really think it means he goes to that school for a week and then comes to my house and goes to school for a week? Nope. I ended up having to pay 1000.00 per month in child support and 3k per month in spousal support. So reason number 1 as to why men don't file is the loss of their children, it not only broke my heart but it also broke my son's heart. Reason number 2, losing everything you have worked for. I lost close to a million in my divorce. By the time the lawyers were done, they had the majority of everything we had built together. I lost my house, my motorcycle, all my furniture and my truck. Then as i am being told i have to pay all this money out to the lawyers, to her, to support payments, i had to face being homeless. Why? Because they had locked the accounts that she had drained most of the money out of. How exacrly am i supposed to pay first, last and deposit when all my accounts are locked? Next, all the money i had to pay out.
    Now, do all of you want to know what caused my divorce? My ex wife was having an affair with a married man. Why? In her own words, she was bored. This isn't how she saw her life going. She couldn't put her finger on it but something was missing. There was no abuse, i didn't cheat and her only real complaint was i worked too much. At the time we divorced, i was making 180k per year and worked about 32 hours a week. Outside of that, i had about a one hour commute, to and from work. Don't get me wrong, the divorce is the best gift my ex wife ever gave me. I hated missing my children but i am so glad to be rid of her toxic and lazy lump of fat. It's now going on 14 years since the divorce and i have fully recovered financially. Everything i lost has been replaced. I now have a bigger house and it's paid off. I own my own shop now and it's paid off. I have a great crew of men and a manager that runs the shop. I still go to work a few hours daily because i really love doing what i do. Its like being paid to have a hobby. My son is now a grown man and he is very successful. I have now had time to help and mentor young men around me and have helped 22 men make it to a six figure income. I believe they should get rid of no fault divorce. That way, a woman can still get her divorce, she just can't leave with cash and prizes. Why would anyone fight getting rid of no fault divorce? If a woman doesn't plan on cheating or getting bored with her marriage, she won't have a problem. If her husband is abusive, that is fault on him. If the woman is abusive, that is fault on her. Where is the problem?

      Helluva story. But not uncommon at all. Totally concur that married Father's will just grin and bear it in order to be with their children. Especially when they see their fellow fathers have their children poisoned against them by a vindictive hyena. I had a roommate like that, coming out of a divorce. Even though the custody agreement allowed him to have access to his son, the ex only allowed him to speak to his son - by _Phone_ - for one hour on Sunday mornings at 9am. Another guy, who is 70, hasn't spoken with his two sons in over 20 years - as the Mother poisoned the kids she had primary custody of.

    • @robchurch881
      @robchurch881 Рік тому +11

      @@shotelco yep, unfortunately by the time a man knows what a big mistake he made, he also knows that to get out of it he is going to pay a price that will be devastating. It is one of the leading causes to older men self deleting. Women can't imagine losing everything they loved, everything they worked for, their credit being wrecked, many times being so stressed they lose their job and then having to pay for years. All because his wife got bored or felt unhappy. Just imagine going through all that when it was the wife thar cheated. So she gets to wreck the marriage and still get custody and get paid. She even gets to paint the husband as abusive without any proof and everyone just believes it. I came so close to ending things it is scary. But, I didn't. I stood strong, I pushed through and I now have a great life. My son and I have a great relationship and he wants nothing to do with his mother. She is now homeless last I heard. Now. I come on these sites to tell my story and hopefully help young men to never make the mistakes I did.

      @@se6586 I think she was saying if they 'saved' one income they could buy a property. She is talking about living below their means in order to buy a house. Rather than blowing 230K on junk they don't need.

      @@thehairygolfer I see, good point. Upon re-reading I think you are correct. Although not blowing 100k/year and actually planning for a future shouldn’t be a revolutionary thought on her part
