Is it becaue Weiss has a good assist or vice versa? I'm working on a Weiss video but her high damage stuff is all reliant on have those symbols placed out lol. Very interesting combo paths.
CharminUltra personally I get caught by her normals a lot from ridiculous ranges. Idk if this is the norm of rapier style characters but I feel like I shouldn't be hit from some of her attacks.
I've noticed that a lot of characters have auto combos that if they clip you with the tip of the normal, the 2nd attack is forward moving and can lead into a full combo. Seems to just be an offensive game in that regard.
After watching the video and trying the combos i think you really help me to get better with hyde and i win more matches because before i was just using the auto combos. Well i'm still doing this for Gordeau but it work super good with hyde assist
I have a combo with Yosuke assist: 5BB, 214BBB, 5P (Yosuke), jc, j.AA, jc, j.AA, 214C does about 7000 damage and has a net gain of 10% of one bar. If 5BB is blocked, reverse beat into 2A to make it safe. (I’m not sure if this creates a frame trap)

Nolimit _bud it's a perk from French Bread's prior game series, Melty Blood; that game has the same mechanic named as the Reverse Beat, only it has a cost of massively increasing damage scaling in the combo they're used in.
Super jumping is when you push down before you push up. You jump higher faster. Instead of just pushing up to JC. Super jump cancel you push down then up when cancelling to cause a super jump
www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php/Notation has a good explanation. It uses the keyboard numpad for directions. It always assumes player 1 side. So 2 in down, 4 is back, 6 is forward, 1 is downback

I showed the optimal damage for what I could figure out. I will be labbing him more because I feel like theres more potential there I just didn't figure it out yesterday. If I find anything special I will be sure to share tho.

With Hyde’s rekka delays, If you can delay the Rekkas, You can possibly continue the combo. Which is very difficult.

CharminUltra well I only played Hyde and Linne all the time so I don't really have any experience in dealing with all these long range normals
Weiss is pretty crazy, just got done with her combo video. She definitely seems like shes a problem in the right hands.
Hyde definitely seemed awesome, well it's good since i'm currently trying to main him with Gordeau
