gojo, shoko and yaga not noticing geto's turmoil gets worse when you remember how geto had noticed gojo overworking himself and acknowledged it later too. even at his lowest moment he thought of gojo when haibara asked him sweet or salty. after haibara's death he told nanami to take some time off as well. obviously it's no one else's fault but it sucks that someone who looks out for everyone else had no one to do that to him when he needed it
Realistically if Gojo was doing missions alone it probably meant they didn't meet up as often as they used to when they did missions together and since Shoko never did dangerous missions like the both of them a natural rift was created. It's really unfortunate. But I'm also a firm believer of the fact that Geto could have saved himself from the path he goes down if he'd just taken the girls and left the village without killing them Lol like.. mans was just like "the only way I can save these two kids is killing everyone in this village" when the simplest solution is to just take the girls out of the situation because it kills two birds with one stone. Gets rid of the villagers problems with the girls and gets the girls out of a bad situation.
@@EvilChibiIggyII I think Geto was just broken at that point. After failing to protect Riko, he's already conflicted as to why the normal humans are celebrating the death of an innocent girl. During that rescue mission, he simply snapped. The villagers were shit talking and blaming the 2 kids for every misfortune they had. It's evident that the villagers mistreated and possibly harmed the two girls which is why they were in a cage treated like animals. I think Geto knew (or maybe he thought that) the villagers were lying about their claims and abused the kids. This solidified his hatred towards humans because, once again, he saw two young sorcerers being harmed (or possibly could've died in vain) and it's because of the "monkeys" again.
@@Billsdude17 Anyone with depression or struggling with any other kind of psychological problem will have the automated "everything is fine, don't worry about it" response to simple questions like that, mainly because of not wanting to worry or burden others with their impactful emotional struggles and also because there's also a lot of self-shame, self-hatred and self-destructive behaviours involved in these kind of things. Gojo was also coping with the trauma in his own way which was getting stronger so nothing like that could have happened again. And, of course, the fact that the rulers of the school and jujutsu society separated all of them disregarding their mental state made everything worse. Gojo was getting the hardest missions one after another, cleaning up failed missions of other sorcerers, etc. Since he became the strongest, those old geezers have been using him as the shield and sword of jujutsu society. None of Geto's friends even had time to spend with him that year - Shoko was healing injured sorcerers all the time and Nanami just lost his partner, everybody was exhausted. And they all were so young too. The adults just failed all those kids. That's why none of them blamed each other for what happened - Geto never blamed Gojo for not being by his side at that time because he understood that the whole society burdened him more than anyone (though Gojo probably still felt guilty after), Gojo, after overcoming shock, understood why Geto did it and what lead to it, getting motivated to prevent it from happening with the next generation. Shoko, Nanami - none of them could bring themselves to judge Geto. Even Yaga changed his approach to choosing students with his test of motives, looking for less idealistic and more selfish/individualistic sorcerers (even though Yaga deserves to feel guilty - it was his job to look out for his students).
This was very well written and communicated. I appreciate the level of consideration applied. I think there are a lot of "what if" questions that could be brought up by people, to have avoided such a tragic outcome. People trying to assign responsibility or guilt, but eh... A lot of the characters here are teens, and already burdened and pressured, and the Jujutsu society resources and infrastructure seems woefully inadequate in dealing with serous and important issues that should arise when you have people having to deal with such unusual, gruesome, dangerous, and life threatening situations and occupations. I mean, creatively speaking, its by design because that can mirror a lot of real life systems and societal failings, and because it creates drama and conflict which can be important for a story. As you point out though, its really the failings of the upper ranks of the school and Jujutsu organisation, and why characters like Gojo and the outlook and ideas he develops to address such issues, are nice to see. Even in this episode, Yuki, who wants to address the causes and not the symptoms and how important that is as far as proactive prevention, versus reaction attitudes and the effectiveness of the approaches. Its one of the best and more interesting aspects of the show and how it relates to real world social issues. Also why the show can be so tragic, because even with their burdens and pressures, many of the characters show a level of empathy, and attention to their friends well being, but we also can't or shouldn't expect them to be trained professional psychologists who can identify warning signs or potential instability or secret/hidden hardships. Hence heartbreak for those of us who can, aided by great writing/character introspection.
It breaks my heart that Gojo not only couldn't kill Geto at that moment but was avoiding it for the next 10 years, and in the end, Yuta did most of the job. Even after the fallout they kept calling each other their best friend, one and only, Satoru and Suguru. That's why i loved their last conversation in the JJK 0 and the way Geto smiled hearing Gojo's last words to him - it was very bittersweet yet touching.
And Yuta is just the sweetest person about it. After fighting... something I won't spoil, he says: "I won't make him (Gojo) kill his best friend again... I will kill him myself!" In an anime full of characters with complex motives, Yuta is the one guy with a pure heart who wants the best for his friends.
Hidden Inventory Arc is such a bittersweet part of the story. It also makes the prequel movie even more emotional, because of how much Geto meant to Gojo
I love the title of this episode/section of the arc: Premature Death. It's the premature death of: Geto and Gojo's friendship, both of their inocence, Haibara and his enthusiasm, Nanami's trust/empathy for Jujutsu society and Jujutsu society as a whole. Great!
@@ray-boi1351 My bad, I expressed myself not in the best way. They don't have the same VA but I had to check if they had because they sounded so similar.
I think he dislikes her or was just maybe antagonizing her for no reason, but he doesnt consider her a non sorcerer. If he did, he would have killed her. She was included in gojo saying "I trusted you enough that you wouldn't kill young sorcerers"
If u saw the movie jjk 0.... Geto has these words written on the wall " Punishment to Weak , Love to Strongest".... So maybe Geto has a Lil bit of dislike for Maki cuz she's somewhat weak as she can't see curses
He prolly doesn't hate Maki... Considering what he said in JJK0 that he never hated anyone in Jujutsu high... I mean firstly he hated humans because they didn't contribute to anything and then there's Maki, with little to no cursed energy, risking her life like Jujutsu sorcerers, and there is a statement in the ep "for showmanship" I mean in JJK how he talked to Yuta when they met was for showmanship, Gojo even points out that Geto loves the "spotlight" I don't remember exactly but it was the segment where before Ichiji told Gojo about Yuta.
Fun fact: When the Gojo-Geto "break up" happened in the manga fans figured out what street in Shinjuku it happened on and that there's actually a KFC right there. Now here in the anime if you go back you'll see there's an off-brand KFC logo in the background during their final confrontation that wasn't there in the manga lmao. KFC even tweeted about it!
A great teacher too. He was so considerate and sweet. Well he was still considerate and sweet to his own jujutsu family but if he was a teacher he would be students favorite 😂
Guys, in the end when Gojo wakes up his eye is swollen meaning he cried. The opening pretty much confirms this since it literally opens with a tear falling.
Riko was not a normal person. If you go back episode 1, Riko and her butler/maid can see Geto's curse, implying they are not normal people, just not trained sorcerrers
Riko even says before she met the bullet that she knew she was special her whole life. Safe to assume she’s been engrained in jujutsu society since childhood
@@Yessirok-s5e How else were they supposed to phrase it? "When Riko got her brains blown out"?? Meeting the bullet is a very respectful way of putting it
It's sad how someone like Geto, who used to be one of the kindest people, was consumed by the ugliness of society. If only Geto had someone he could lean on in his moments of depression, maybe he wouldn't have went that far. 😢😢😢
I’m surprised they actually know there’s only 4 special grade sorcerers and they recognized the two girls from the movie too. Most reactors have missed this, so it’s nice to see these ladies catching these things.
10:40 it's so sad because when she says she wants a world where cursed spirits "aren't born" you can see in his eyes how much he wants that. He doesn't want to have to keep literally eating shit to serve & save people who don't care and find sorcerers to be freaks. Geto is the best-written character in this manga & ill die on that hill
Yuki was just spitting facts she’s not the main reason geto fell into darkness it was building and building can’t wait for her to back her abilities are crazy
Idk if you know or not, but the guy Geto killed on stage was the guy that hired Toji Also, I bet Yu dying and Geto doing what he did is the reason Nanami left Jujutsu Tech the first time
She simply told Geto the right thing at the wrong time, trying to give him clarity without pushing him down a specific path. He really needed a good kick away from genocide, but I doubt she thought he was fully willing to commit to that path
@@chuckleshelicopterwigwamjo6305 Yeah, she was having a conversation with a fellow sorcerer. I don’t think she had any intention on setting him on any path, rather it be positive or negative. Geto made his own choices.
Great analysis at the end there. It's true that one can keep talking about it bc Geto is such a well written character and a tragic one too. My favourite part was that line. "Who am I doing this for?" Also you're right about the grading. Dont worry, they'll explain more when the series resumes....see y'all in 3 weeks 🤍
The episode was basically a 1:1 to the manga. Everything happens exactly like this, it is very fast paced, but I think it adds to how quickly the spiral occurs
Gojo was definitely upset and angry over Riko's murder. During his final fight with Toji he was still 'high' after healing himself when on the verge of death, via reverse-cursed technique, for the first time. He even apologised to Riko mentally because in that moment he couldn't feel bad. Once the euphoria wore off, we saw his true feelings when he asked Geto whether they should just kill all those worshippers. Luckily Geto still managed to guide him to the right path at that point, as an unhinged or amoral Gojo might have been unstoppable.
Gruesome detail: when you see Yu Haibara's body in a horizontal view you can see the blanket doesn't cover any of Yu's lower body because he doesn't have a lower body anymore, that's why Yu is still bleeding under the blanket.
Megumi’s hair is shorter than in S1, they updated it with the new art style. It’s that length in the manga so idk why they made it so long in S1 in the first place 😂
Reminder that Geto was only a highschooler..being worked to the bone like that No wonder Gojo wants to protect the youth of his students since he probably feels guilty
Yuki really was the last person that Geto needed to hear from, but it wasn't her fault that he fell. She was just ignorant of the kind of damage the "missions" that she did not participate in could have on people like Geto. And had no way of knowing the extent of the damage and how close he teetered to darkness. Her misreading Geto is further shown when she mentions Toji "beating" him and how Tengen will just find another vessel...as if those were the elements truly weighing on him. In fact, her "consoling" words could very well have just done more damage, as Geto could further be shown that no one actually cared about Riko. I think the visual depiction of Geto naked in the shower is also a metaphor for his character at that point, stripped naked by the trauma, the isolation, and the faltering of his moral arguments. The resentment and growing hatred he tries to suppress begins to be released. Then he finds meaning in Yuki's "target the source" argument but perverts it to match with his prejudices. Haibara's death in combination with the village perfectly illustrating the problem with paranoia and fear of nonsorcerers creating cursed spirits, and those same cursed spirits leading to persecution or death of sorcerers, were the final nails in the proverbial coffin. Hidden Inventory Geto is a tragic character and adds a lot to the twisted villainy of JJK0 Geto.
It's sad, really. A lot of people were watching these five episodes, waiting for the eventual turn and snapping of Geto through some event. But it wasn't just one event. It was a combination of different things. What happened to Riko, the trauma Toji inflicted on him, his conversation with Yuki about non-sorcerers and what their existence means to the world, how Yuki revealed that another vessel was given to Tengen so Riko's sacrifice and decision to live didn't mean anything in the end, the premature death of Haibara due to the inaccuracies of their mission(and how teens are losing their lives without even knowing why thanks to the higher ups), Gojo being able to take care of all of the problems and what he offered to Geto about getting rid of all of the people even if they were innocent, and the straw that broke the camels back was seeing how two innocent girls were being treated all because of who they were. We saw the story of how Geto went from a sweet boy to the Geto we saw in JJK 0. Hater of all monkeys. It truly is a tragedy. So many bad things continued to stack up and no one saw how far Geto had sunk until it was too late.
I agree with everyone here. Best directed episode. Storytelling and sound design 👌🏼 Sad to see Geto this way, sinking further down in his thoughts. And that clapping! All these events that were piling up on him til he breaks 😢 then seeing Gojo watch his best friend leave. I can imagine the thoughts running through his head. That part when Haibara said goodbye to Geto...you can hear me scream "Don't goooo" 😭 Poor Nanami It made me emotional too at the end. Cause now we know why Gojo is who he is at present, guiding and taking care of our trio. (When he said he didn’t want to “babysit” again 😭) Oof i dont know if we’re ready for Shibuya Arc 🫠
This is my favourite episode direction wise. The it was perfect and unique. The most hype Arc in the series is coming can't wait for it. Really cute cosplay Edit: Aaaa I didn't even notice Morgan added the Mole under her Eye. Cuteee
Lost child whose perfect & strong, everyone loves him but losses his way because the people around failed him. Some poetic points to think about: -Gojo adopting megumi after geto’s fail (despite knowing about him for a year) -Geto killing the same dude who ordered for riko’s death & taking over his cult (his last heroic act) -the fact this whole arc was gojo’s dream (11 years later & my man still thinking about his one & only) & most importantly remember geto’s words from the movie in the ally *“in this world I couldn’t smile from my heart”* what that means to him as a character & how that intertwine with gojo’s resolve/dream 🥹
i always imagined that the story between gojo and geto was a metaphor for depression and suicide. the depression is quite obvious, geto starts having these malevolent thoughts, clearly showing signs of distress (gojo asking geto if he's been losing weight). geto's last words to gojo were something along the lines of "in a world like this, i couldn't find a way to be happy from the bottom of my heart." i believe that geto knew deep down that his beliefs were wrong, and his goals were impossible. he knew that if he followed his envisioned path, it would surely lead to his death. even still, geto chose this death over having to live in a world where he can no longer find meaning. in this episode, one of the most devastating lines to take in comes from gojo, "it's not good enough for just me to be strong. The only ones I can save are those who are already ready to be saved by another." the story between gojo and geto is one of love, and tragedy; the tragedy of not being able to save a friend.
yuki meant well but it was definitely a wrong move to plant ideas like that (those with really extreme spectrums) to someone who is spiraling or mentally/emotionally unstable. but of course she doesn't know the whole picture even more so suguru's current mental state. it really boils down to the jujutsu society failing these kids. at the end of the day, they're all just children. sure, gojo or geto are extremely strong and powerful but it's not like their mental/emotional maturity can catch up just as fast to their skills/power. for all we know, gojo is also coping even after a year later but he simply just used a different method. this episode really made me hurt for geto. he deserved better. i don't approve his actions but yeah haha. i just want to grab him and put him in my pocket forever HAHA. anyway, great video and commentary as usual!
After what happened to Geto, Gojo realised that he needs comrades, Comrades strong enough to help him to change this world. Being strongest doesn’t necessarily means you will always achieve what you want. That's why he choose the profession of teaching, where he can make strong comrades.
When Gojo was about to lose himself, Geto was there to stop him. But no one was there for Geto all summer, eating disgusting cursed spirits, after he saw Riko shot to death in front of him.
The transition to our main trio is one of the best ever. Tears man, his students are the reason why Gojo can still smile even when losing his best friend
The pacing of these scenes is intended as part of the message, making you feel like you're still not ready to move on because in real life that's what it is. Reality does not give you a break.
Im sure others have said this already but Riko and the maid were not normal humans because they could see curses. They were weak but they were still "sorcerers".
Gojo took care of both Megumi and Tsumiki, he helped pay for there living expenses and school and such while having Megumi go on sorcerer missions with him.. mans basically raised them. Like, Gojo pretty much becomes there adopted father which is like.. kind of funny and fucked because he's the reason there dad is dead all be it because of the circumstances but... Lol
Great reaction and discussion! The Shower 🚿 and Rain 🌧️ transition to the Applause sound 👏🏻 is just A++ Good catch that Geto ability leave a bad taste is his mouth, no one else understand how distasteful that was and he does it every single day… 😢 There are many points to discuss as to how things got this way: 1) The Toji Incident and the Star Group clapping definitely haunted Geto more than Gojo. The rain/ shower and applause transition is just superb. 2) A callback, when they are both the Strongest. Geto was always nagging at Gojo about Moral, fighting for the weak and respect to their others; seen in their missions and basketball matches. Geto was Gojo’s Moral Compass. The fact that after Gojo became the strongest. Gojo went on his missions alone, spends his free time to advance his Red/Blue control and automatic limitless. Shoko never get send on dangerous mission. This means that Geto had to deal with all the missions and his feelings alone. Gojo was not there for Geto when he needed him. Barely only noticing he got thinner. 3) Throughout Geto was fighting his inner demons. He didn’t just snap, he was considering all the pointers people gave him. It doesn’t help they all nudged him towards a certain direction. - A Point. His own conversation with Gojo about Genocide. Gojo flippantly said must there really need to be a point to murder? Geto reinforced his idea that Killing must have a Point. - Doing his best. Haibara innocence inspired Geto. Even we are not the best, we will give it everything we got. - Choosing your real self. Yuki ain’t bad. But this is a case where knowledge and advice coming at the wrong time. Geto needed company but it was definitely not the best time to bring out this topic. Yuki sows the seed of total eradication of curse in the world in Geto. She also convinced Geto that what you think are just possibilities, what you act on defines who you choose to be. - Marathon. The whole curse problem is it’s an endless cycle. The normal human generate curses > Sorcerers risk their lives to fight curse despite them not being the genesis of curses > Sorcerers dying are common occurrence, but dying(Haibara is an example) to protect who? > The people who generate curses are also in many instances unworthy of protection as they are just crappy (Star Group, the Villagers that detained the girls) 4) In JJK 0 finale clash, Yuta said “this is Pure Love” and Geto said “and I do this for the Greater Good”. 5) When Geto took over the remnant Star organization, he called Mr Sonoda up to the stage and crushed him. Hmm who’s Sonoda you may ask. Remember Shigeru Sonoda? The bugger Star Group representative that planned Riko murder and took her body. Yeah that’s him! 💫🤪 WELL DESERVED.. so go smoke those Monkeys 🙊 Everyone can talk about it and disagree how to face this issue. But no one actually dared to ‘solve’ this curse issue and nip the bud at its roots. Gojo was saying what’s the point of killing non-sorcerer bit by bit. Slowly chipping away. Geto is correct to say if he was Gojo, the ideal would be so much plausible. Just because how powerful Gojo is, he literally could succeed in it. Geto lamented I can’t be you, but I will at least get my hands dirty and get down with it. I’ll made my choice and I’ll give it my all. Deep inside, Geto never changed he just wanted to build a better world in his little ways… just a change of perspective. Geto is a ‘muggle-born’. If you think about how kind Geto was, it hurts him but since he decided the better world can only exist without non sorcerers. He cannot make special exceptions to his own parents. Man, that conviction… He had made his bed, there’s no way out.
27:01 - Gojo could have fallen on the darker path with Geto, since he used him as moral compass. Particularly with Gojo's point of being high for his newly awakened state, to not really feel anything in that moment would make him more susceptible to be influenced to go along with what Geto said was the best course of action.
I think Geto was like Gojo's moral compass, and going back to last ep, if he said to kill those ppl, gojo wouldve. Gojo is generally a one-track mind person, if Geto told him to stop worrying ab it, he stops worrying, and focused on his survival training instead, while Geto was secretly struggling with the same situation he helped gojo through. He kept running through his mind their evil creepy stupid faces clapping for the girls death, and imagining killing them, over and over, while telling himself that feeling like that is wrong. AND NOW THE FAMILY IS BROKEN AND FALLING APART 😭😭😭😭
One of the many bittersweet moments from this episode was that while Geto was taking over the Time Vessel Association (Non-Sorcerer Cult) and killed that cult member, he specifically called that person up to the stage by the name of "Sonoda", who was one of the cult's higher-ups from the previous episode that organized the hit on Riko and wrapped her body up to take away. *chefs kiss*
6:16 yes, we will get new opening. Song is called SPECIALz and performed by King Gnu, they did opening and ending songs for the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie(played during trailers and end credits)
From what ive heard, geto killed an organisation member during the scene where he intends to become a leader of the religious group. That member was the one who met with Toji and his associate, while Amanai was being handed over.
Only complaint in this episode for me was the music choice and color palette wish it could’ve been more darker when gojo was talking to geto and it could’ve been the same music from the movie
Yeah but, it’s not like toji was a good father or anything. Their dynamic is very different because of that. Plus megumi doesn’t even know gojo killed his dad
That last scene with gojo, megumi, nobara and yuji is so heartwarming I will tell y’all to treasure that scene because once shibuya starts it’s gonna be the last moment you see that’s like that for a long time

Do you read the manga ?
And Yuta is just the sweetest person about it. After fighting... something I won't spoil, he says:
"I won't make him (Gojo) kill his best friend again... I will kill him myself!"
In an anime full of characters with complex motives, Yuta is the one guy with a pure heart who wants the best for his friends.
@@lavans5721 i mean both MC are pure heart, Yuta and Yuji are really alike on this
Hidden Inventory Arc is such a bittersweet part of the story. It also makes the prequel movie even more emotional, because of how much Geto meant to Gojo
And sets the crazyness of the next arc
It's the best arc yet (out of 2 anime seasons, I'm not manga reader)
@@rakhatthenut3815 I feel the same! I'm not a manga reader either but the hype around the culling games arc is huge. Can't wait for season 3.
I love the title of this episode/section of the arc: Premature Death. It's the premature death of: Geto and Gojo's friendship, both of their inocence, Haibara and his enthusiasm, Nanami's trust/empathy for Jujutsu society and Jujutsu society as a whole. Great!
So that's why Nanami was being so distant towards Itadori, he looks just like his dead classmate Haibara. Itadori's personality also matches.

Geto doesn’t dislike Maki because she’s like Toji. He simply dislikes non sorcerers, that includes maki.
I think he dislikes her or was just maybe antagonizing her for no reason, but he doesnt consider her a non sorcerer. If he did, he would have killed her. She was included in gojo saying "I trusted you enough that you wouldn't kill young sorcerers"
@@RitmeFPSthe thing is, Maki doesn't have zero cursed energy in JJK 0. She has cursed energy near about equal to an average person
But Maki is a sorcerer that doesn't make any sens, he hurt Maki badly for obvious reason, she remind him of toji

Yea riko and kuroi could control cursed energy, they just weren't registered sorcerers.
she also knew what shikigami were (when gojo was holding her on top of the building with those clones)

I agree heavily. This was arguably the best directional episode of the series so far. It was well crafted and executed.
Also the sound design knocked out of the park, the clap mixing with the water dropping was genius.
Geto will probably forever be in my favorite character in JJK. He's just so well written.
Casually dropping 10/10 cosplays, love it
It's sad how someone like Geto, who used to be one of the kindest people, was consumed by the ugliness of society. If only Geto had someone he could lean on in his moments of depression, maybe he wouldn't have went that far. 😢😢😢
Toji left Geto with his curse and Gojo with his blessing. My head hurts this show is so good
I’m surprised they actually know there’s only 4 special grade sorcerers and they recognized the two girls from the movie too. Most reactors have missed this, so it’s nice to see these ladies catching these things.

Great analysis at the end there. It's true that one can keep talking about it bc Geto is such a well written character and a tragic one too. My favourite part was that line. "Who am I doing this for?"

Loving the cosplay! Thanks for going through the effort.
Mei Mei and Sam are a fun combo
By the way, the name of the kimono that Getou has been wearing since he fell into darkness is Gojo Kesa(五条袈裟)
Riko isn't a trained sorcerer in terms of fighting but she's not a non sorcerer either, early on we see that she can see Getos curses
20:07 if you examine a little, you can see that Gojo has his eyes red as if he just cried remembering the past:(
The episode was basically a 1:1 to the manga.
Awesome detail there. I missed this one out and had to rewatch it.
The curse he fought gave him the meanest sloppy toppy
Megumi’s hair is shorter than in S1, they updated it with the new art style. It’s that length in the manga so idk why they made it so long in S1 in the first place 😂
Reminder that Geto was only a highschooler..being worked to the bone like that
No wonder Gojo wants to protect the youth of his students since he probably feels guilty
Y’all cosplayed all nice for this sad ass episode huh😂
So many bad things continued to stack up and no one saw how far Geto had sunk until it was too late.
crazy how geto is now wearing a “gojo kesa”. and it was tough seeing gojo’s eyes all puffy as he reminisced
Sam dressed as Mei Mei 😍 I love it
I agree with everyone here.
That part when Haibara said goodbye to Geto...you can hear me scream "Don't goooo" 😭 Poor Nanami
It made me emotional too at the end. Cause now we know why Gojo is who he is at present, guiding and taking care of our trio. (When he said he didn’t want to “babysit” again 😭)

Edit: Aaaa I didn't even notice Morgan added the Mole under her Eye. Cuteee
I thought the same thing as well. The direction of this episode was very well done.
Lost child whose perfect & strong, everyone loves him but losses his way because the people around failed him. Some poetic points to think about:
-Gojo adopting megumi after geto’s fail (despite knowing about him for a year)
-Geto killing the same dude who ordered for riko’s death & taking over his cult (his last heroic act)
-the fact this whole arc was gojo’s dream (11 years later & my man still thinking about his one & only)
& most importantly remember geto’s words from the movie in the ally *“in this world I couldn’t smile from my heart”* what that means to him as a character & how that intertwine with gojo’s resolve/dream 🥹
omg I love the cosplay! YOU GUYS LOOK SO GOOD!
i always imagined that the story between gojo and geto was a metaphor for depression and suicide. the depression is quite obvious, geto starts having these malevolent thoughts, clearly showing signs of distress (gojo asking geto if he's been losing weight). geto's last words to gojo were something along the lines of "in a world like this, i couldn't find a way to be happy from the bottom of my heart." i believe that geto knew deep down that his beliefs were wrong, and his goals were impossible. he knew that if he followed his envisioned path, it would surely lead to his death. even still, geto chose this death over having to live in a world where he can no longer find meaning. in this episode, one of the most devastating lines to take in comes from gojo, "it's not good enough for just me to be strong.
Those cosplays are super fly my ladies. Y’all look supremely lovely.
After what happened to Geto, Gojo realised that he needs comrades,
Comrades strong enough to help him to change this world.
The Shower 🚿 and Rain 🌧️ transition to the Applause sound 👏🏻 is just A++
Good catch that Geto ability leave a bad taste is his mouth, no one else understand how distasteful that was and he does it every single day… 😢
There are many points to discuss as to how things got this way:
1) The Toji Incident and the Star Group clapping definitely haunted Geto more than Gojo.
> The people who generate curses are also in many instances unworthy of protection as they are just crappy (Star Group, the Villagers that detained the girls)
4) In JJK 0 finale clash, Yuta said “this is Pure Love” and Geto said “and I do this for the Greater Good”.
WELL DESERVED.. so go smoke those Monkeys 🙊
Everyone can talk about it and disagree how to face this issue.
Man, that conviction…
He had made his bed, there’s no way out.
Y’all look awesome in the colsplay 🤩
Geto was Gojo's moral compass. The only reason Gojo didn't go bad and kill the people was because of Geto.
The man Geto killed was the guy who put a contract on Riko.....so beautiful revenge by Geto

From what ive heard, geto killed an organisation member during the scene where he intends to become a leader of the religious group. That member was the one who met with Toji and his associate, while Amanai was being handed over.
Gojo wanted powerful allies and when he wakes up, he sees his powerful allies

Only complaint in this episode for me was the music choice and color palette wish it could’ve been more darker when gojo was talking to geto and it could’ve been the same music from the movie
The thing about jjk is that sorcerers aren't heroes. They do a job, and if the job isn't fulfilling/has no meaning to them then it's easy to turn.
