Thank you for the video. That's fine so far. Easy to replace. After that, can I drive the car immediately or does it need to be calibrated? Specifically for the GM/Opel (2018) model.

I was hoping other people would have added comments. A friend with a Volvo has no acceleration, and can't figure out if It's because of the linkage, the sensor, or the shifter. And he has a Volvo repair shop.

My VW lost the gas pedal control after running through a water puddle.
I have been told it's never the pedal, but the connectors or wiring from the pedal to the computer. Right now it's being serviced.
If it's not that, his Volvo's MAF sensor could be dirty or bad as well.
