So appreciate this sector analysis as the bloodbath is relentless as these are small caps. Mostly ARCHEAN, CLEAN, TATVA and VISHNU
Some of small cap mutual funds like quant & nippon have Archean in their holdings.
Archean chemicals has actually given decent return. Also considering the fact that it’s totally new category creation and kind of a small monopoly, the PE multiple can grow high. Currently it’s just trading at a PE of 20, inspite of the great ROCE and ROE. Archean will surely see a valuation change. 20 PE in chemical sector is a clear discount.
Archean chemical is definitely going to get benefit from Israel hamas war as price of bromine will rise due to ongoing conflicts, please give us your view on archean chemicals @ismohit sir🙏🙏

I think if you classify the chemical stocks according to the various sectors (like Agrochemical, FMCG, Beauty Products, Paint, Pharma, Construction) along with in which division/sector the chemical stocks' profit margin will be higher ; that will be great. Aarti Industries's PE(35) is still above its 5 year Median and also above 30. Then how it get filtered in above shared Framewrok? Isnt high PE the reason for Deepak Nitrite to be not filtered ?

@alokuttamshukla Deepak Nitrite is a specialty company with ROE RoCE far more superior than the Aarti Industry, which still deals in Bulk Chemicals. Their Capex is also more than them if I am not wrong.
