I visited Scotland for the first time back in April and spent a week roaming around the country. Of all the things I did and experienced, climbing Marsco and experiencing the view at the top was probably the best experience of my trip and one of the best of my life. Cheers.
It's like a 'spot the dog' competition at the summit - love it! It seems a lot more hospitable (ie less rocky) up there than other Scottish mountains - Tony
Aye, the doggo loved it up there, still a young pup at the time so would have been very exciting running around exploring. It's a nice grassy hill for Skye, all the other big hills on the island do tend to be very rocky. Cheers.
Very little snow on show there Andy! Still lathered with snow down in the cairngorms. That's a few cracking days out you have had! More amazing views and absolutely loved that narrow ridge section. The shots of your friend walking in front were stunning! Cheers mate. Paul
Hi Paul. Aye just a few pockets of snow left now over here, mostly on the north faces. Must be the salty sea air. Kinda nice not having to carry the crampons and axe again though. Cheers, ATB.
Hi. There were 4 jets that went by but couldn't get the camera out in time for the first two. Would be great fun flying through all the valleys in those things. Cheers.
What a stunning wee moontain. You've been oot loads like. 😉 Had to switch this off the big telly. Oor wee rescue pup is still barking at dogs oan the TV 😁

It's a really nice hill, well situated amongst the Cuillin for great views of the area. Glad you enjoyed it.

8:50 - is that a broch?
Amazing hike, thanks so much for sharing.
Hi, I think it's just a wee bivy site to shelter from the wind.
Cheers.
@@andy-astro Cheers for that! We're visiting Skye next year and may add this hike to our list. :)

Again some great filming
Thanks Steve.
Amazing intro with the jets flying above and those views from the 8:15 mark on are just incredible.

Hi Kevin. Yeah trying to get out while the weather is good, after twiddling my thumbs all through the February storms. 🐶. Cheers, Andy.

Cheers frank. ❤Skye!
The views up to Marsco look amazing.
I’m going Skye in a couple of weeks and will have to give that a try.
Cheers.
Subbed 👍
It's a great hill, though a bit boggy lower down, after you turn left at the river at 1:35. Some gaiters are a good idea for that part. Cheers, Andy.
Runrig 'Nightfall on Marsco'
Good tune 👍.
Does the RAF give you a send off on all your hikes, or only the really epic ones?!
Haha. Just the epic ones, and only when we have Mina the dog with us. She gets all the attention. Cheers.
whats the history of that stone circle ? shepards windbreak old hut or ? who why when lol )
I don't know much about it, but I think it might just a bivvy site. Cheers, Andy.
