"I sort of kind of, very lowkey, practice witchcraft."
Why is that just the most relatable statement...?
you seem so nice!! also oceanic creatures are one of my special interests too! especially jellyfish!
Hey, ocean creatures are one of my special interests, too! Cool!
Nice toys you have !,,
The purple chain one is called a twiddle
I always chew holes in the sand friends because I like the texture inbetween my teeth but then I cant use them for other stims because all the sand comes out
One of my special interests are octopodes! Separate from my general oceanic special interest.
I love octopodes! My main SI focus with ocean creatures is definitely jellyfish but octopodes are up there too. I have a semi extensive collection of 'weird sea creatures plushies' because I love fish so much and I think I have like 3 or 4 octopodes
Sarah Bat My bedroom has an ocean mural on the wall which gives me even more excuse to collect more oceanic things
I really want to start stimming but I have no money and my parents would refuse to buy me anything because I 'don't need it'. My fingers are completely ruined and so are my eyebrows and eyelashes because I constantly bite and pull at everything. Have you any advice on how I can make a home made stim toy or chewy to help this? Awesome video by the way! I especially liked the sting ray. Your tattoo is also very cool.
If you can either acquire the funds for or get your parents to buy 'project supplies', a good substitute for pulling on hair can be yarn pom poms! Or koosh balls, if the problem is buying things online/things that 'look' like stim toys. You can make pom poms pretty simply if you have a bundle of yarn. Here's a few ways, but I'm sure you can google around for the best tutorial for you: www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Yarn-Pompom
As for chewing, there's always saving up some allowance and buying an actual chew toy, like intended for babies. Do you have a dollar store where you are? Sometimes they have stuff like that for pretty cheap. Checking dollar stores and party stores in general is a good way to get little fidgety things for cheap that don't 'seem' to be stim toys. I also find that just keeping my hands occupied however I can helps, so things like folding origami, even with just regular old printer or binder paper, or making hand crochet strings with yarn(I'm not sure how to explain this one? Or what it's 'called'? Basically you take some string or yarn, tie a slip knot, and then pull one end through to it forms another slip knot, and you do this over and over and get a little braided,... thing...) can help a lot.
Hopefully this was at least some help? I hope you figure something out!
Sarah Bat Thank you so much! I will make sure to check out the tutorial (: I will check out the pound shop near me and see if they have baby chewy things, thanks. I used to do oragami but I ran out of paper aha. Thanks so much for the advice. You're a great person and have a great channel.
Zak: I used to make stress balss with balloons, I filled them with slime, foam, sand, marbles or flour and they where really good
I used Air tubes used for breathing machines I had from my medical supplies kits before I got a chewy. You can probably get these on amazon then cut them to any size and you can make a necklace or bracelet out of them.
you can put some beads on a key ring :)
I'm so mad I ordered 25 dollars worth of stuff from stimtastic like a month ago and I still don't have it 😡😡😡😡
