we are experiencing unprecedented weather conditions guys, don't forget to take survival rations and equipment with you if you decide to venture out, you heard Aidan give details of freezing bitterly cold, heavy snow, blizzards and very strong winds, be very very careful guys, stay at home for the rest of the week like me if you can, may God bless and guide us all though this exceptional period.
I'm up on the southern side of the Tay. So just on the border line of red and amber . Probably 20cm tops but a lot can change. But Kirkcaldy more like 30cm
It is now 2021 and I am still waiting Daily Express is offering a reward for anyone who finds the missing snow, the odds of them getting a forecast right are100 to one against as of today.
May I ask something , we were on the border of the red and amber snow warning and why did we only get 4cm snow overnight when we were men's to have nearly 20cm so disappointing
The opposite happened to me. Only ever in a amber or yellow warning area but I saw wildly 30cm to 60cm and in some places it was too deep to walk or you could get stuck. Impossible to measure those areas. I live 200 miter above sea level and the hills next to us about 250 to 300 miter above sea level though places were impossible to walk through and dangerous to children. We should have been in a red warning. It took till April to May for all the snow to melt. Some of the worst snow I have ever seen. No school for 2 hole weeks.
I live in the north east and this is one of the craziest storms ever. Since yesterday (27.02.18) there has been just a slight change of snow today. (28.02.18)
these snow depths are way off as per usual i live in northwest england out of the major shower orange blobs and we have 35 cm now as i type this lol met office

Red warning is danger to life. Yeah, those stupid enough to risk theirs!

Seriously try 18 inches in Chicago and below 0 degrees over here
Sounds like there's gonna be a lot of idiots on the road over there
Ryan, it's -4c near London. Not a lot of snow though. In the countryside it will be worse. People just need to make good decisions. I've seen worse.

Bit of snow big deal. Wouldn't be a problem at all if the council gritted the roads
Bruce Goblenosh how can the council grit the roads if they’re 2 feet full of snow
They should have put under floor heating in the roads that would sort it out . They could power it with coal and children on tread mills
Grit offers little protection against ice at temperatures below -5C
Kelly Wilson they should of put enough down in the first place, then maybe roads wouldn't have 2 foot of snow on them
+Bruce Goblenosh Bruce from Kennedy Avenue wants you to clear 2 feet of snow.
Just tell him he's got a Sainsburys gift card
Freezing rain? Try sleet!😉
It will be gone before you know it. stop complaining
