Wow! This was very in-depth a lot of effort went into this guide. You just gained a sub! On a side note, I also think there needs to be an indicator when the bars are snapped. Right now I have no idea when the bars are snapped because sometimes it just doesn't happen

It would be nice to be able to make your minimap bigger and hide action bar 1 in combat. You can hide all of your action bars but that one not.
Probably won't kill UI addons since a big part why I, at least, use them is that I don't like the Blizzard UI color scheme, but this probably on the level where I would consider doing away with them and should absolutely make for a much better experience for new players. If I could do away with borders and change the green to something else and square out the rounded corners, I would probably no longer bother installing elvui.

I wish I could keep groups and make them stack how i want. I dont want 4 groups all side by side I want 2 groups ontop of another 2 groups. They literally removed the ability to do this from the default raid UI. it used to be an option LOL
I was using ElvUI before the update, and I really wanted to use the default UI, but not being able to move the xp bar sucks... Also if you activate any rep, it'll show on top of the current xp bar making it even bigger... So I ended up using Bartender for the bars/micro menu, and the default UI for everything else. Edit: Also with the DF update bartender now has 13 bars, which finally allows me to have my 3 main bars swap on my druid.
I hate them forcing us to disable an addon that we've used for years because it now conflicts with theirs. I cannot save any presents I create in edit mode on Hud...oh it claims to have saved it, but than when I log back in it's gone. Sounds nefarious to me lol. Maybe the creators of Bartender will update it with some workaround. In the mean time I'm spending much time trying to get all characters to where I like with bars and frames. hmmpf
I always use Domino's there was more fine-tuning and the bars move like Blizzard's new one now I didn't like how I had to click in and out of bartender for separate bars
the UI editor is shit dunno about you but it's quite literally shit it has tons of issues it doesn't let you access everything fully it's buggy and resets randomly it's ass. you also don't get an xy positioning and things don't group up you can't multi select this is shit coding at it's finest blizzard failed.

The thing where elements aren't adaptive anymore once moved, is really annoying. I hope they change that

Why when I past a UI it show everything but not my elvui health bar it shows me the wow health bar instead ? help
There seems to be a bug with that chat box too. If you edit/resize the box none of your UI edits will save.
I will still be using bartender, the new UI edit is so basic and does not even come close to the amount of options bartender has..

If you install MoveAnything, you can move it, and keep updated UI
