- This was my first gymchalk reform attempt and this video is very important to me because I learned a lot.
It was an educational process for me to learn the material I was using. When I uploaded it, people thought it had sand in it, but actually there was no sand, it was just gymchalk powder that looked like that because of the paint I used. In this video, I learned what not to do and what to do.
For those who don’t know anything about gym chalk
What is gym chalk?
Gym chalk is a type of chalk used by athletes to prevent hands from sweating and its main material is magnesium carbonate. It is generally used in sports where hands are used, such as mountaineering, weightlifting, discus throwing.
