    Normally the videos I watch like this hurt my legs, but this was NOTHING LESS THAN PERFECTION IN EVERY WAY AND FORM! I was able to do all of it without struggling and becoming frustrated. My legs have never felt so free 😂. I also did your hip stretches, and it’s the same thing. I will definitely be doing this for as long as I need to.
    THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH YOUR’RE INCREDIBLE! The best ballet teacher ever!

      So happy you are finding my videos helpful! Stretching is always best done slow & steady, with kindness & respect for our physical & emotional state. This is the secret to a fulfilling & effective experience! 🙏🌸💖🩰

    I have watched all your videos and every single time I wonder: how do you style your hair? Your updo always looks so beautiful. I would love to know ❤

    • @everydayballet
      @everydayballet  3 роки тому +2

      Thank you! It's funny that you like my hairstyle because it is actually quite a messy bun. I honestly thought that my hair was not optimal--but then I added the headband and I think that brings it together with a little more elegance. ;-D
      I'm going to do a video on how I do it--I just have to work out how to film both the front and back as I do it. My hair is long, so this style takes some length and some hairpins! Thanks so much for watching my videos and for the great video suggestion! :-D

    Did I do something wrong? When i stretched one of my leg at like 11:27 my that part of my hip didnt hurt, the part that felt stretched was like my front hip? Idk how to say it tho, but it was in those areas just felt it somewhere else, not directly that place .

    • @Tsireya10
      @Tsireya10 2 роки тому +2

      What i mean is , like my front hip/thigh (?) 🗿

    • @everydayballet
      @everydayballet  2 роки тому +1

      That is definitely a place you can expect to feel stretching! Just remember to take it slow and steady, using your breathing and posture to assist with the stretch. 😊🌸🩰
