I had tasted it in 2015. It was really awesome. Again I visited 2017 Nehru place specially for it, but he was't there that day... After that i never got a chance again..
The best part was that he was charging INR 30 per plate quite affordable for every one but during my visit a week ago, he enhanced the price to INR 50 p. Plate -seemed expensive for the kind of stuff n qty u eat while standing in the sun. Go n check urself - it’s too hyped. The one u get at Shahi Dahi Bhalla at Naoroji ngr at INR 50 is way way better than this-with creamy Dahi N exquisite Masala n chutney

That's a very famous indian dish
Well it's technically fried balls made of lentil, then some papdi (its essentially a fried Savory cookie, just search for papdi recipe) over that you put some yoghurt, then saunth (a chutney made from tamarind or dry mango and dry ginger, search the net for the exact recipe), then he ads some mixed spices which are usually a combination of salt, cumin, chilli powder and something like an English spice mix

Me dahi khata hu. And ek chiz surely bata sakta hu. Ye North india me specially delhi and jo commercially ye white creamy dahi use hota he bhar bhar ke. Wo dahi pure nahi adulterated hota he. Isme kuch powder milaya jata he. Isko thoda pani mila ke kisi kapde pe girao. Sukhne ke baad.white chuna jesa powder dikh jayega.

दही, भल्ला, पापड़ी, मिठी चटनी ओर चाट मसाला
I don't think u will find the ingredients there it has curd or yogurt whatever u call it, bhalla which is a sponge type soft ball that u won't find in ur country ready made u will have to make it from scratch, papdi which is a crisp type thing that u can find in any indian store in ur country red chutney , green chutney that u can again find like a powedered version u will just have to add water to it n last is the spice mix I don't k it too cause everyone makes it own n the mix is most of the time kept a secret so no one tells the spices but the closest u can get without having to make it from scratch is chunky chat masala u can find it in any Indian store too hope this helped u if any questions feel free to ask
