Tourism U.K. should sponsor your videos. Nothing beckons me quite like the scenic shots, historic background, and soothing music. -- I want to encourage you in your mental health journey and struggles. At age 61, I have continually found that over the years, as I've said goodbye to youth, I've also let go of so many of the burdens and fears of my youth. I embrace my journey without regrets, because life is short, and I know that my weaknesses can actually be my strength in guiding me to make better choices for what really matters in life. I think you have made some great choices about the journey you both have chosen.
You do realise that your video production has now got to the stage where TV documentaries mostly pale in comparison?! Well done lads, another excellent video. Love your work.
That’s VERY kind of you to say, Mike. Colin doesn’t really comprehend what people think of the videos. Hard to see the amount of people who watch them. Stay safe! 💜
Because of the professionalism and the fact the two of you sort of compliment each other in the narration you have a unique fact based, stunning views, and often a good laugh channel that is simply a joy to watch. It really is TV quality now.
Colin, hope you find some comfort in knowing that the stress you endure while getting ready for a shoot, to create yet another beautifully edited video is really doing a lot of good for your viewers. Your videos are the highlight of my week. For 15-20 minutes each week I can shut out the world around me and I can learn, live, laugh, and occasionally cry with you and Shaun. Thank you.
I agree 100% with you. I am learning so much about a part of British history I never heard about before. I now understand that the canals are part of what made Britain a world power. What a clever way to get the industrial revolution underway! Colin and Shaun, you are awesome!
It IS (atleast sometimes) hard work making ppl happy - and you's done it (again!); Sturdy captaining (both Ship&A.D.), beautiful imagery and capturing conversations with humor and factual insights.🥰 - No pressure there! 😁 (Why am I thinking of sci fi "Riverworld" (P.J.Farmer) now... I do not know < off topic. ¿ Happy Serialviewer.
My partner and I moved to France in 2003 to have a different life (We lived in London, I was a nurse he was a social worker). We thought that we'd leave the stresses and strains behind but, every week there is another stressor. I do understand what you go through and, like you, prefer the change in lifestyle which I wouldn't change for the world. We're self isolating at present (me for 12 weeks as I have cancer). Thank god that I have you to watch as it takes me back to the 80's when I was a volunteer for a narrow boating charity giving holidays to the disabled (Grand Union canal/trent and mersey, chesterfield canal). I miss the changing scenery. I do have a lovely view from my windows as we live in a medieval village. Thank you.
You're exactly right and you get what I was saying. You can still get stressed and anxious but quality of life can be better. I'm really sorry to hear about your cancer. I hope its treatable? x Great to be able to bring back some happy memories! Stay safe! 😛
There's a HUGE positive link between depression and exercise. Even as little as 20 minutes three times per week can make a huge improvement. Well worth it.
Your Vlogs are meticulously done. Love the old photos and then the current ones that you take. I can’t imagine the amount of work that you put in on a weekly basis. Thank you.🙏❤️
I truly admire you for being so open about your mental struggles. Whenever an old video shows up I am excited to see where you two have been. Sean seems like a good fellow and excellent partner.

When we went up the Hatton Locks the only thing that kept me going was the thought of a bacon buttie at the top from the cafe. You’re right about the locks, really hard work.
There’s something peaceful and reassuring to see the water flowing through the locks and realize that there’s a continuity to life on the canals. No matter the current circumstances, life will go on and normal times will come again. The locks were renewed in the 30s and who then could have imagined the world strife to come. That time passed and returned to normal, and so will life return to normal after COVID-19. Be safe and continue to take care of each other.
Guys this was a fantastic vlog. Colin, the filming and all the research and old photos you used really paid off. Thanks for all the hard work you’ve put in for our enjoyment
You obviously love your music Colin and spend a long time choosing the ‘right’ soundtrack. I always listen to the music you use as much as watching and on this particular vlog you used a track called ‘Energised Morning‘ by Airae. Well, it was driving me nuts as the melody had that ‘where have I heard that before’ about it. So it became a bit ear-wormey (you know what I mean) until suddenly I knew what it was 💡 It is by U2 - a beautiful track from The Joshua Tree called ‘Mothers of the Disappeared’. Just thought I’d impart this little nugget - so there you go. 🙂
As the lockdown has now hit boats as well, it's lovely to experience some cruising by proxy. Keep up the, much appreciated, good work, and stay safe out there lads x
Thanks guys for another great vlog, you help entertain and keep me sane so please take care of each other in these strange times. All the very best, Stevie
Well done guys fantastic as ever...I dont think you realise just how good a job your doing..as good if not better than anything on the box so no need to stress about that..keep it coming and take care 😉
We moved house from Surrey, 200 miles to get away from stress, to a small village in Suffolk, it's the best thing we did, One Village Shop, and one Village Pub, but we both agree, if the opportunity ever arose, we would, without doubt, follow you guys on the canal with our own boat.
Just wanted to thank you guys for the content. I'm in America and have spent the last few weeks of self Imposed isolation watching all about narrowboats in the UK. You have a seriously hysterically funny vlog. Thanks so much and stay safe. This too shall pass....
Great to see vlogs are still coming cheers me up as we are in lockdown so seeing lovely countryside make feel better and things will get better stay safe lads😉
Wow! You guys really shine on the editing...those historical pics with the present day were very cool...found myself pausing a reversing the video to see all the details...of course, I rewatched it to listen to your voice tell the story...great work, guys! stay safe...see ya Friday!
Hope you're all doing well during this very troubling time. Thank you so much for continuing to upload your videos, it is such beautiful scenery. Colin thank you so much for sharing all of the historical information, I absolutely love it. You have no idea how much it calms me down..... thank you so much for that. It's lovely to escape to your world for 15 minutes out of the day. Stay safe, much love.💜
Yes this was a great historical video with a lot of effort in making the old and new photos match up, I think that during this troubled period you are our outdoor space and Shaun our daily dose of laughter. Keep up your exceptional work and most of all keep well and safe.
Thank you for the great videos. They are a great lift in these times. I work for nhs as a caregiver. I look forward to getting home to catch up with one of your videos. Many thanks
I don’t think there’s another vlog that I ever watch more than once. But I love to watch yours over and over. Not just for nostalgia, though that’s part of it, but for the amazing quality of the videography and the density of information you present. You just keep getting better and better.
Hi I have struggling with mental health for long time when you keep your mind active you don't think about the Bad things. People will look at you and say there nothing wrong with you but thay can not see the pains in your head keep smiling keep filming and keep the pain out of my head
Old photos into new were brilliant. I don't know how you find time to do all that filming when you are working down Hatton with just the two of you. Thank you. Stay safe.
‘Lock Down’. Very clever! And I feel your pain at 9:10 Colin.... I was disappointed that the answer was ‘no’ (my heart dropped) but reassured that you wouldn’t change a thing. Keep at it, fella. Wishing you all the best and once again the message ‘Stay Safe’. 😃 ❤️ Cheers, Hollers.
Really look forward to your vlogs, thank you for another great blog. It sounds daft but your inspiraring content helps me with my mental health. Thank you.
Loved those 'then' and 'now' stills. It must have taken ages to get the right shots, cos your alignment was well nigh perfect. Rarely seen 'then and now' done so well!. Very nice use of sped-up footage showing drop through three locks too. Thanks for sharing your story, Foxes! x
You two fit together like pie and chips. It,s a joy to watch you both. Found you two days ago, subbed, and have hit like on all the vids. I am English, living in the US, and really miss home. I have depression, and you both make it lighter and I laugh a lot, and learn a lot as well. How long have you been together, you are just so natural. I still have a few to watch before I,m caught up, then will join everyone else eagerly awaiting new ones. I love Dillon as well, he is a very happy dog. Keep safe and well.❤👍👍🇬🇧.
Thanks for numbering all the brilliant vlogs. Love following your trip to beautiful UK, all the history behind the canal and both your openness. Keep floating x
I watch these videos as I love to see the scenery and learn about the history, but I also wanted to say thank you for sharing something real. So often with social media is a world through rose coloured glasses.
Oh . . . this vlog just oozes tranquility, something much needed in a world which has gone strangely strange. I think this diversion you provide us each week is especially "What the Doctor ordered." Thank you for that! And . . . I just couldn't help but notice how you interjected so many wonderful black and white historical photos, then followed up with the present day depiction. I really, really enjoyed this, please keep this format and of course your historical commentary coming ;) ;) ;) I never tire of the drone footage, it is such a welcome addition each week I mean . . . who doesn't love a Birds Eye view of things, especially a flight of locks with their rising elevation. I have to also comment on how I found the history of the Lock construction during the Great Depression very interesting. I know that here in America, projects like Hoover Dam built between 1931 to 1936 helped to keep the economy going. It seems like a wise idea to invest in one's Infrastructure. Thanks Colin and Shaun for this one, the world really benefits from your tireless efforts, you are so appreciated, and you two truly are making a difference.
Colin, you are much more relaxed with these vlogs now, very noticable and they flow so much better and it does show that you are in a better place when doing these. 21 locks in 4 hours is very good going btw
Another spectacular Vlog by the Foxy Twins. Some times the videos you get both on the boat and in the air of sections of old historic England reminds me of the Story Book ride at Disneyland. I keep waiting for Mr. Toad to run out of his house and wave to us.
I agree...and when they pass a massive willow weeping into the canal I want to run pull out my book. As Rat says, "There is nothing--absolutely nothing--half as much worth doing as simply messing about in boats."
Thanks for another great video. Also for the history lesson and thanks for sharing the effect that boat life has on your mental health. Please get yourself some gloves! Stay healthy.
Wow. No bloopers! Strange. I stopped the video several times just to look at the scenery again. And back and forth comparing the old photos as well. I think this 15 minute video took me almost 45 minutes to get through!!! Thanks again you three. Y'all make a great team!
will you chill out feller your vlogs are bloody fantastic the history photography the laughs there the best thing on you tube, some of the vlogs I don't know why they bother there a nonsence, take care yous two I look forward to your next vlog its Friday there on yahoo.
Loving the old photos comparing the buildings to now. Hope you two are keeping well in these strange times. Keep going as long as you can fellas. Stey well, Love to you both. Nik
All your hard work in preparing for your videos do not go unnoticed and is very much appreciated! Thank you Colin for sharing your feelings and thoughts as you go along and keeping it real, you are so inspirational, you both are. 😊You guys make such a good team...and Dillon as well! (as usual please give that beautiful Dillon hugs for me) 💖 Health and happiness to you both...take really good care, stay safe! xo
There will always be things that trip you up on your path in life, getting back on your feet and carrying on with the journey is all that you can do, why me a lot of people ask?, why because you are alive.
Hi Guys. Another great video. I often walk the tow path up the Hatton Flight with my mate . Always a childhood memory as well as my late uncle was lock keeper on there back in the 1950's and as a family we used to visit. The water in the lock cottage was hand pumped from a well and there was an outside loo which was just a bucket with a seat on top with Jeyes Fluid in it. By jove it used to pong a bit and I dreaded going in to the shed where I always thought The Bog Monster lived!
Thanks Guys, another quality video with some personal insights. I really hope you find inner peace & happiness, you certainly deserve it. Cheers from Oz
Hey Colin, i have been suffering from depression and anxiety for more than 20 years now (started when i was 11, now i am almost 32) and i love oyur vlogs. you give me so much power and energy. my way to get my mind off the dark and bad thoughts was to appreciate the smallest and simplest things, like a sunrise, a clear night with fresh air, the smell of grass after the rain, listening to the birds, how they go on their everyday life. I am still unemployed but i got rid of the darkest thoughts. i don't want to impress people anymore but i also don't want to sell myself for less than i am worth. There are still some things that i have to solve but i am finding my way and your vlogs are helping me a lot. you are really great
@@FoxesAfloat Thanks, it means a lot coming from you. Well, it took me more than 20 years to get to this point and i still have panic attacks, hate crowded areas like festivals, events, concerts etc. But i also feel more comfortable on my own. And i finally got a good therapist. Ironically this crisis we are having is "good" for me. i have never been a social guy with lots of friends so the isolation doesn't affect me as much as others and since there is a real threat in the form of corona on the horizon, my brain stopped catastrophizing. (sorry for any weird spelling mistakes, i am not a native english speaker). Hope you 3 stay safe and corona free through this crisis. Keep up your amazing work with your funny, interesting, educational, fascinating vlogs. I love every second of them
I'm in a complete lock down where only essential services are allowed to operate. What a joy to have Friday come and see another of your great videos. You're like family now. Well, virtually. Stay safe! That goes for everyone.
I'm not surprised you get stressed out at the start of a day filming. The dialogue is so superb and the shots are fantastic in their set up and execution. And, thanks for that piece on your mental health, it was so helpful. The skippers brilliant too, sitting there and encouraging you both with his wagging tail, "Please me! Please me!" You guy's just have to obey. 😁
Colin, I say your working, all the research is most appreciated. I'm a bit jealous as I am still working. With the virus here in the US, we can't go anywhere. You bring a little bit of hope and happiness to an otherwise boring time staying at home. Thanks for sharing your life's adventures. 🤳 Cheers
Keep on keeping on, Colin. Whatever you happen to be doing you will get anxiety symptoms but I am sure canal life is good for you. At the beginning of the current quarantine my stress kicked in again, even though I keep taking the tablets. Anything that can annoy or scare you will be a potential trigger. I do feel for you on the question of generators. They must get through to you so easily. Other people who lack consideration can be a pain. Keep smiling as you cruise.
Another very enjoyable and educational (as always) installment, thank you both. This one was particularly special as my brother and his family live very near the Hatton Flight (I was actually able to see their house in the drone shot at 13:35). We always do at least one walk along the tow path to the Hatton Lock Cafe and Hatton Country World when we visit from the US left coast, as I just love the beauty and peacefulness of the canals and the surrounding area. Thanks again!
So ENJOY Shawn and your Videos!!! And doggy, too!!! Usually watch on TV...My husband is a great fan too! Watched this last night....as always interesting, informative, and inspirational!
Nice video gents - and really nicely produced/editted with the cut-ins. I used to live for a few years at the bottom of the Hatton flight, which was always a nice evening walk or cycle. Colin - I think part of your choice to live on the boat may not have brought about such a huge improvement as you may have envisaged, but ..... its seems externally an obviously far better balance exists in your life now. Part of the cure/improvement may be only slight, but taking a few not so good things out of your life whilst also adding some good things - such as spending more time with Shaun and Dillion, and moving around in the countryside - have made such a huge difference. Plus, the way you talk about your mental health issues now - compared to the older videos - is in a far calmer and balanced tone, as opposed to a semi-cathartic confessional release. You own in now, it doesn't define you. They may only be small differences to you, but the videos suggest a better balance and a lot more happiness as a result. Good Luck!
Thanks, Ian. I had to read that twice to get it to sink in. You're absolutely right. Sometimes it needs someone to tell me for me to realise 😂 Life is better, just still adjusting.
Goodness. Y'all got a workout in today. I'm tired and all I did was watch ;) Another great video; the drone shots and the couple of shots looking up what seemed like an endless row of locks was great. Hope you continue to stay safe with this virus going around. I'm glad you're (both) happy on the boat, even if there are still.. struggles. In six decades I've yet to know someone who wasn't fighting with one demon or another. Still, we rise. There's grace and dignity in that. Much love to you both.
Another great one... love the old pics and the time taken to set up the mixes. Great history lesson and drone work... as usual. Hatton used to have a big mental heath treatment hospital, opposite the Shell garage about halfway down the flight... but now turned into offices/flats in the midst of a new housing estate. I often used to cycle right past where you're moored on way to school. Wherever you are now, put your feet up, stay in and stay safe.
Wow! I knew there'd been a hospital, I remember reading about it, but I totally forgot to include it. I wish I had now! I do remember passing the Shell garage. It's like something in our heads that makes us question if we need anything every time we pass a shop 😂 Stay safe! 💜
My favourite time of day is to relax and unwind and watch you guys . Very stressful at work making sure everyone gets their fresh veg from the farm shop .
I have gotta to tell ya folks, you give me the opportunity to get away from all the crap broadcast over the media today. You bring in humor and piece of mind whilst drifting down a beautiful and sinec canal. Thank you much for that. Take care
You're video's always bring a smile to my face and joy to my heart. The scenery in beautiful and the video's are very well done. Thanks for sharing. All the best.
Another very enjoyable vlog. Colin , I have to believe that getting up in the morning, going on deck and taking in the beautiful countryside must be therapeutic. So relaxing and calming.
In the sunny weather we've had this week, yeah, it helps. Not so much with people ignoring lockdown and walking, running, cycling along the towpath past moored boats.
Really have enjoyed this video with the historical photos. I especially appreciate that you took the current day photo from exactly the same viewpoint as the historical photo. Much more interesting that way!
Another beaut vlog lads...thank you! I applaud you Colin for your openness and honesty, you are both top blokes....all the very best, take good care of yourselves right now and keep safe....from a locked down New Zealand, (day 3 of 28) Cheers Alistair.
Colin. THANK you for persevering with setting all your cameras etc to video, and then amazing drone shots and great editing, PLUS terrific musical arrangements that you find, even when you find it tough. You’re a 🌟! Loved the oldie photos Shaun, fascinating 👍😃 You’re both an inspiration 👏😷😷 Joan
Well done yet again also great local history info and love the way you match up old b/w photos with your actual location., attention to detail is cracking stuff. xx
What a fantastic video of the locks. What a great way to get exercise and the cafe looks beautiful, bacon and eggs all round please. Dylan is obviously making sure everything is ship shape and Bristold fashion when he is looking out over the side, he is just gorgeous. Thank you.

Yes this was a great historical video with a lot of effort in making the old and new photos match up, I think that during this troubled period you are our outdoor space and Shaun our daily dose of laughter. Keep up your exceptional work and most of all keep well and safe.
Many thanks! We can all make this a better time if we try. Stay safe! 💙
Thank you for the great videos. They are a great lift in these times. I work for nhs as a caregiver. I look forward to getting home to catch up with one of your videos. Many thanks
Glad you like them! By the way, you're a legend 👍🏻
I don’t think there’s another vlog that I ever watch more than once. But I love to watch yours over and over. Not just for nostalgia, though that’s part of it, but for the amazing quality of the videography and the density of information you present. You just keep getting better and better.
Yay! Thank you!
Hi I have struggling with mental health for long time when you keep your mind active you don't think about the Bad things. People will look at you and say there nothing wrong with you but thay can not see the pains in your head keep smiling keep filming and keep the pain out of my head
Thanks! Exactly right 👍🏻👍🏻
Old photos into new were brilliant. I don't know how you find time to do all that filming when you are working down Hatton with just the two of you. Thank you. Stay safe.
Hehe! Yeah, It's a very busy day 😂 Stay safe! 💙
Gosh that drone adds brilliant context to your camera work and commentary guys.
Thanks, Peter!
Yeah, don't feel bad. Nothing will get rid of it but my quality of life is improved, so a positive. Stay safe! 💙
Really look forward to your vlogs, thank you for another great blog. It sounds daft but your inspiraring content helps me with my mental health. Thank you.
Aww, thank you, Michael. Stay safe! 💜
"Wot no outakes" Brilliant video and editing, Thank you for sharing, look after yourselves in these difficult times.
Cheers, Brian. Outtakes back next week.
Loved those 'then' and 'now' stills. It must have taken ages to get the right shots, cos your alignment was well nigh perfect. Rarely seen 'then and now' done so well!. Very nice use of sped-up footage showing drop through three locks too. Thanks for sharing your story, Foxes! x
Thank you. That's a lovely bit of feedback. 💜
Hi, Caroline 👋
Thank you so much. Shaun loves the pie & chips reference 😋
Sorry you suffer with depression too 💜
Thanks for numbering all the brilliant vlogs. Love following your trip to beautiful UK, all the history behind the canal and both your openness. Keep floating x
Our pleasure!
I watch these videos as I love to see the scenery and learn about the history, but I also wanted to say thank you for sharing something real. So often with social media is a world through rose coloured glasses.
Ah, no point faking it. Stay safe! 💜
Thanks guys. Informative and entertaining.
Thanks, Martin 👍🏻
Oh . . . this vlog just oozes tranquility, something much needed in a world which has gone strangely strange.
Another fantastic and lovely message. Thank you so much, Michael. We are indeed in strange times. Stay safe! 💜
Colin, you are much more relaxed with these vlogs now, very noticable and they flow so much better and it does show that you are in a better place when doing these. 21 locks in 4 hours is very good going btw
Hehe, thank you, Norman! 👍🏻
Another spectacular Vlog by the Foxy Twins. Some times the videos you get both on the boat and in the air of sections of old historic England reminds me of the Story Book ride at Disneyland. I keep waiting for Mr. Toad to run out of his house and wave to us.
haha! You just know I'm working on that now 😂
I agree...and when they pass a massive willow weeping into the canal I want to run pull out my book. As Rat says, "There is nothing--absolutely nothing--half as much worth doing as simply messing about in boats."
Thanks for another great video. Also for the history lesson and thanks for sharing the effect that boat life has on your mental health. Please get yourself some gloves! Stay healthy.
Hehe, will do, Ruth! Stay safe! 💙
Wow. No bloopers! Strange. I stopped the video several times just to look at the scenery again. And back and forth comparing the old photos as well. I think this 15 minute video took me almost 45 minutes to get through!!! Thanks again you three. Y'all make a great team!
Thank you! Stay safe! 💜
will you chill out feller your vlogs are bloody fantastic the history photography the laughs there the best thing on you tube, some of the vlogs I don't know why they bother there a nonsence, take care yous two I look forward to your next vlog its Friday there on yahoo.
Glad you like them! Thanks, Albert 💜
Loving the old photos comparing the buildings to now. Hope you two are keeping well in these strange times. Keep going as long as you can fellas. Stey well, Love to you both. Nik
Cheers Nik 👍🏻
so many locks, so much work ....phew!!!!
Good for keeping you in shape!
All your hard work in preparing for your videos do not go unnoticed and is very much appreciated! Thank you Colin for sharing your feelings and thoughts as you go along and keeping it real, you are so inspirational, you both are. 😊You guys make such a good team...and Dillon as well! (as usual please give that beautiful Dillon hugs for me) 💖 Health and happiness to you both...take really good care, stay safe! xo
Thank you so much! The appreciation is welcomed more than you can imagine. Stay safe! 💜
There will always be things that trip you up on your path in life, getting back on your feet and carrying on with the journey is all that you can do, why me a lot of people ask?, why because you are alive.
Wise words!
Hehe! The Bog Monster 😂 Glad we could bring some nice memories back 👍🏻
Thanks Guys, another quality video with some personal insights.
I really hope you find inner peace & happiness, you certainly deserve it.
Cheers from Oz
Thank you so much, George 💜
Hey Colin, i have been suffering from depression and anxiety for more than 20 years now (started when i was 11, now i am almost 32) and i love oyur vlogs. you give me so much power and energy. my way to get my mind off the dark and bad thoughts was to appreciate the smallest and simplest things, like a sunrise, a clear night with fresh air, the smell of grass after the rain, listening to the birds, how they go on their everyday life. I am still unemployed but i got rid of the darkest thoughts. i don't want to impress people anymore but i also don't want to sell myself for less than i am worth. There are still some things that i have to solve but i am finding my way and your vlogs are helping me a lot. you are really great
You definitely sound like you've got your shit together, and that's awesome. Good luck finding a great job! Stay safe! 💙
I love every second of them
Short and Sweet this week. Well done. Stop being a Worrier, be a Warrior.
I wish I could! 👍🏻💙
I just love your vids. You guys are a scream. Love yahs...from New Zealand
Cheers, Graeme
As always, a blessing to watch and listen. Your authenticity warms my heart.
Very kind of you to say. Thanks! Stay safe! 💜
I’m really enjoying your videos. Stunning videography, and the production values are incredible. Keep up the great work!
Thanks, will do!
I'm in a complete lock down where only essential services are allowed to operate. What a joy to have Friday come and see another of your great videos. You're like family now. Well, virtually. Stay safe! That goes for everyone.
Thanks! You too 💙
Thank u for all u do
You are so welcome
I'm not surprised you get stressed out at the start of a day filming. The dialogue is so superb and the shots are fantastic in their set up and execution. And, thanks for that piece on your mental health, it was so helpful. The skippers brilliant too, sitting there and encouraging you both with his wagging tail, "Please me! Please me!" You guy's just have to obey. 😁
Haha! Dillon runs the entire outfit! Stay safe! 💙
00:18 :) ( I find myself going "traaiin!" when I see one now!)
That's the way 😏 Stay safe! 💙
Glad I'm not the only one, I do get some weird looks tt
though,
What lovely warmth and humanity in such strange times. Hope you're saving up the outtakes :)
Thank you, you lovely people
Hehe... Too busy with the locks to do much wrong this week, John. 😂
“Right do with a fry up”???? Over here in North Carolina, we say, “How you want chor aigs, bud?”
🤤
Stunning aerial shots of the Hatton locks. Engineering excellence
Isn't it just! 👍🏻
Colin, I say your working, all the research is most appreciated. I'm a bit jealous as I am still working. With the virus here in the US, we can't go anywhere. You bring a little bit of hope and happiness to an otherwise boring time staying at home. Thanks for sharing your life's adventures. 🤳 Cheers
Aww, thanks, John! Stay safe! 💙
Thanks, Keith. I think noise pollution of any kind is wrong. People don't care though. Stay safe! 😛
Ah, it's brilliant you were able to see your brother's house! 👍🏻
Stay safe! 💜
So ENJOY Shawn and your Videos!!! And doggy, too!!! Usually watch on TV...My husband is a great fan too! Watched this last night....as always interesting, informative, and inspirational!
Thanks so much!!
I saw Silver Fox today as I was cruising down the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal! First time I've seen it in the flesh!
Glad you enjoyed it. Wise words too. Stay safe! 💙
The research and the banter is what makes your videos stand head and shoulders above all the others. Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much! Stay safe! 💜
But you’re helping so many! 👍🏻 Stay safe! 💜
Thanks Lads It helps my mental health and makes me forget my injuries keep up the good work Bill from Perth Western Australia
Thanks, Bill. Get well soon and stay safe! 💙
Brilliant Colin - just keep us all sane! Best to Shaun.
💙 Stay safe 💙
I have gotta to tell ya folks, you give me the opportunity to get away from all the crap broadcast over the media today. You bring in humor and piece of mind whilst drifting down a beautiful and sinec canal. Thank you much for that. Take care
Our pleasure!
You're video's always bring a smile to my face and joy to my heart. The scenery in beautiful and the video's are very well done. Thanks for sharing. All the best.
Thank you very much! Stay safe! 💙
As always, top class blog! Keep well!
Thank you, Barney! Stay safe! 💜
For what it’s worth as I know very little, That was one of the best filmed videos you’ve done .Loved it
Wow, thank you!
Love the past and present photos in your video. Very cool.
Thank, Paul! Stay safe! 💜
Really have enjoyed this video with the historical photos. I especially appreciate that you took the current day photo from exactly the same viewpoint as the historical photo. Much more interesting that way!
Glad you enjoyed it
Another beaut vlog lads...thank you! I applaud you Colin for your openness and honesty, you are both top blokes....all the very best, take good care of yourselves right now and keep safe....from a locked down New Zealand, (day 3 of 28) Cheers Alistair.
Thanks 👍 Stay safe! 💙
Colin you had a great workout in this vlog 😀fantastic footage and so peaceful xx
That's why I love doing locks 💪 Stay safe! 💜
Aww, thank you so much! I never comprehend that people actually watch these so it means a lot to hear that. Stay safe! 💙
Well done yet again also great local history info and love the way you match up old b/w photos with your actual location., attention to detail is cracking stuff. xx
Cheers, Phil 👍🏻
What a fantastic video of the locks. What a great way to get exercise and the cafe looks beautiful, bacon and eggs all round please. Dylan is obviously making sure everything is ship shape and Bristold fashion when he is looking out over the side, he is just gorgeous. Thank you.
Thank you, Adam! That means aa lot to me. Stay safe! 💜
I’m loving the videos, so well filmed and put together.
Looking forward to the live broadcast.
Thanks so much!
Ahh man. The production values in this vid far exceeds anything on "proper" TV. The before and after pictures were fantastic. Love you guys. X
Wow, thanks! Stay safe! 💙
