In case anyone was curious, Bangs have about 300 mg of caffeine. The recommended daily maximum is 400 mg. A cup of coffee is about 90 mg and a monster is usually 150 or 180 mg which is high for a lot of energy drinks…

You're spot on! It looks like "product placement" to me, which is a gray area under current law. Often times, product placement does not need to be disclosed. If the content creator mentions Bang or openly endorses a product, "wow Bang is good!", it then becomes an ad that needs to be disclosed. They're obviously exploiting a loophole that I can foresee being closed one day, but who knows with the FTC and the internet and I am sure plenty falls between the cracks.

Wtf. I drank bang for years. At one point I drank two a day but I dropped it like nothing and just started drinking coffee instead when I tallied up how much money I was spending on bang. I typically don't react to caffeine strongly, to the extent that I could drink half a pot of coffee and go take a nap immediately after. Even Monster doesn't make me anxious, just makes me feel more present in the moment.
My dad, a massive energy drink enthusiast, left half a can of Bang in my truck after he rode with me, and I figured I'd try it. I finished off the five or six ounces he left in the can, and sat on the couch to read a book. Within twenty minutes, I was panicking, on the verge of an anxiety attack. Keep in mind, the house was quiet, and I was READING A BOOK. Anyways, Bang is no joke, and I don't trust the secret ingredient whatsoever. If I can take ADHD stimulant medication regularly and never feel anxiety as a result, why would a half-drank shitty energy drink cause me to hyperventilate and cry for two hours??
Fun fact, caffeine actually affects people with ADHD dramatically differently than people without! I'm the same way, I have severe ADHD and caffeine makes me drowsy, but drinking one can of bang gave me an anxiety attack. There's definitely something wack in there that's not just caffeine

The "concert" scenes were filmed at Turning Point USA, one of the largest right-wing conferences. The CEO was also a massive donor to Trump. I know there's no ethical consumption under capitalism, but when a company makes their politics that blatant (especially politics that are so actively leaning toward fascism), folks might want to reconsider supporting them.
I had a bang once. I went to gym an hour later and felt like if I didn't run around like a maniac, I'd die. But that happens whenever I drink any energy drink.
