You have dead moon plotting on there twice
The music made a HUGE difference in story telling. It's very evident now after the reboot.
Completely sky-rocketed the 90s dub to the top of magical girl series! Long live Arisawa's music!! (No offense to Crystal's Takanashi)
I give offense to the music that they used in Crystal. Not going to sugar coat it. It lost its magic.

Uranus and Neptune's transformation music will forever be the most beautiful song in the soundtrack
I'm always surprised by how Sailor Moon is one of the best soundtracks ever of anything. It has SO SO many anazing motifs, such a range of musical styles that capture every intention perfectly.
Takanori Arisawa composed all the soundtrack for the first season of SM. That's what I found on wiki: "Arisawa expressed an admiration of Hollywood-style music, drawing his initial inspiration for the tone of the Sailor Moon soundtrack from the Charlie's Angels TV series. He frequently made use of symbolism when writing themes for specific characters or groups, borrowing thematic elements from diverse genres and from other countries. As the series progressed, his music gravitated from a pop feeling toward more classical arrangements to represent the protagonist having passed through painful experiences and grown as a person".
You can really hear it in the henshin themes across the series! That is why I love the Eternal music from Stars- you really feel like it's an expression of her full power!
No wonder the Sailor Soldier transformation themes sound so charmingly 70s, if Arisawa was inspired by Charlie's Angels. 🎶😻💗
THIS is what the new anime is missing. Music that is distinct, powerful, and beautifully crafted.
Anime music has certainly changed since the 90s. But we're glad to bring back to lush, rich sound of an orchestra to all anime lovers!

I wish Sailor Moon Crystal had music of this caliber; everything seems to muddle together and nothing stands out. Thank you so much for doing this. You all did justice to the original SM soundtrack and THEN some! Brilliant transitions in to each song, emotional, and very touching. I hope one day you decide to release a CD or mp3 download. I would happily purchase it.
Anime in general changed soooo much since the 90's ...a lot of Animes lack good music.
Yes this is so true I watched the new Sailor Moon Crystals and I don’t like the way they really have it set up it’s missing a lot of stuff I know their doing everything thing form the Manga but yes they could have at least still have had some of their own music or at least have put in some of the music from the original this one I’ve seen all of the Sailor Moon shows videos comments I have a full out Collection spring of sailor although I’m only 13 I still really love Sailor Moon yes I’ve seen other Animes that people can say there better then Sailor Moon but NO OTHER ANIME in my opinion IS BETTER THEN SAILOR MOON it for me I get really angry very easily but when I listen to Sailor Moon music my favorite songs form Sailor Moon or The Power Of Love, My Only Love, Carry On, and Texido Mariga I know i didn’t spell that right I’m not good at spelling but when I listen to one of those songs it just calms me down and I can just go about my way without getting angry again some say I could be Sailor Mars Rays Hino/Rei Hino or I’m sometimes or most of the times begin to act like I Sailor Jupiter Lita Kino/Makoto Kino and at my smart moments I start to act a little like Sailor Mercury Amy Anderson/Ami Mizuno those are the three my friends who say I sometimes act like them I know all of their birthdays and when I say all I mean all the inner and outer Scouts even well we all should know hers Sailor Mini Moons and tuxedo mask sorry I just keep going on and on but I really am a hug fan of All the Sailor Moon and other Animes out there but my most absolute favorite is Sailor Moon other Animes are fighting for 2nd place Sailor Moon is the reason why I want to learn about Japan and learn Japanese so when I get older and save enough for when I get out of college I can go to Japan and become an amazing Anime Creator and that’s my goal in life oh yeah sorry just had to put that out there but yes they really do need to fix a lot of stuff in Sailor Moon Crystals but I still love it though 🌙🐉✨🐉🌙😄😏

I had the chance to experience the concert in LA.I drove three and half hours to see this concert in person it was worth every driven mile.I got to share this experience and love of sailor moon with my daughter and my husband.I was so moved by the music and the atmosphere that it brought me to tears.Each piece resonated with in me that it gave me chills throughout my whole body.I loved every bit of it.My most favorite part however was when Jennifer sang Power of Love, Carry on and My Only Love. Hearing her and watching her accompany the symphony brought me back to that awkward eleven year old girl watching her hero realizing her destiny with her true love and later defeating the darkness that threatened her friends and the world.Thank you forever for coming to LA.Thank you for giving me the chance to experience the music and the love for sailor moon.I will never forget this .keep up the good work I look forward to watching and listening to more of your musical pieces .🌙

@@waaaahhh5869You will never get over the music. Doesn't matter if you just watched it yesterday or haven't seen it for 10 years, the music will pop into your head just as randomly as certain scenes. The OG Sailor Moon music is iconic af, which is what really lowers the experience of watching SM Crystal....just compare the Neptune/Uranus transformation. We were so spoiled with the OG music that perfectly compliments every scene, nuance, and emotion. The music drove the show in such a subtle yet powerful way from the silliest of scenes to the ones that make us tear up just remembering them, and ofc all the action scenes

the whole thing got me I was going in screaming for the inner senshi solos singing with them and anything outers is my favorite so from Saturn's hymn to Neptunes violin solo to the outer theme I got my entire life. I cried for chibiusa's sad song every time it gets me and then stars came in im just in amazement. there were some songs I was looking for and didn't hear like sailor moons transformation songs in S and superS but it isn't important these ppl are talented and I would definitely pay to see it. Thanks for the recommendation Peachy :)

I agree. The 3rd movement is the best:D Super was when I really started watching it as more than it being a "cartoon" that was on the kids channel. Sailor Moon S was the first "anime" I watched that I actually knew was anime. The outer senshi theme/intro music and the saturn hymn give me chills :D

I just came home from their concert in los angeles. It was one of the best nights of my life! I literally was overcome with emotion in some parts, they played so magnificently it played at every heartstring. Sailor Moon music is gorgeous and IconiQ made every moonie out there giddy with pure joy. Also when Jennifer Cihi came out to sing the hit songs of sailormoon like My Only Love, it was absolutely beautiful. Please come back to los angeles!! You have to experience them live, they gave me chills literally. Thank you for such a wonderful and happy night of gorgeous music and feeling!!

I'm so happy this is here and that people involved have been willing to just post it for general enjoyment. I would love pictures accompanying this, to cue me about parts of the series that I might not connect to the music. I can appreciate symphonic music, but connecting it to practical stuff like this really helps me connect and figure things out and generally do more than float through it.

This is amazing! I love listening to orchestras and for it to be with Sailor Moon music makes it even more amazing! Makes me want to start playing my trumpet again!
