So far, Caduceus is probably my favorite character Talesin’s played. He just does such a good job at playing a warm and lovable guy that’s happy to take care of people.
Having the fungal wastes music playing for Caduceus is one of the best things I've ever seen in this fandom. Love it, it's his canon theme music now, and I need to come up with Hollow Knight ost themes for the rest of the m9 now

Considering Tal said in Caduceus' epilogue that he traveled Exandria from time to time, I choose to believe that he returned to Bisaft and had a pleasant talk with Tisha where he nonchalantly dropped the fact that the sword was a Vestige of Divergence and was reforged in Kravaraad by a legendary smith.

I’m grateful that moments like this were in the campaign. I’m sure people were reserved about caduceus as a replacement, but moments like this really helped endear us to him.

Thank you so much!! I've never taken film classes specifically, but I got my degree in computer animation and only recently realized that I really love doing this kind of animation so much more! I'm working on these partially for a portfolio and just trying my best to transfer my knowledge of 3D animation to these boards. I'm sort of learning as I go!

Try offering your bag-o-hilts for a discount. It's easier to clean and reshape existing pommels and crossguards than it is to make them from stock.
This looks like an animated story board, like a rough rendering. You definitely had wonderful movement and camera work and the expressions were great! This is very impressive and I can tell a lot of work went into this! This is where I want to be in my animation but i'm still a beginner hahah!

It looks like Elder Futhark (old Norse runes), and I can get some of them, but half of them I can't figure out. I would have though it would be Dethek (Dwarvish) given that the sword is of Dwarven make, but they don't match up either. You've stumped me lol

Tbh I just used the reference image given of StarRazor in Fjord’s later design to create the shapes of the runes, but sadly I didn’t actually have the time to make the runes authentic to a real set of runic language or a dnd inspired tunic language. I wanted to! But the time wasn’t there for it 😅 Next time I do a board with a runic language I actually want to take the time to put the actual language in there for sure! Actually I’d love to know, if you look up a picture of StarRazor, do you know what runic dialect is inscribed on it? Cause I’d actually love to know!

I know Travis also has the same script tattooed on his arm, so that may be the reason why they used the same script for Star Razor. It is strange to me though, because Dethek, the Dwarven script for DnD, is inspired by Futhark, so I personally would have gone for that for the sake of accuracy, but it looks amazing either way. I have a journal with a ton of fantasy alphabets/scripts written in it, as well as Elder and Younger Futhark (since a lot of games use them), so I was able to pick up on it pretty quick. Good job doing the work you did though, it's a wonderful animation.
