Tokwa Lumpia Recipe | Tofu Spring Roll Recipe

Tokwa Lumpia or Tofu Spring Rolls are tasty snack or appetizer the whole family will love. Filled with Tofu and other vegetables, these crispy spring rolls are nutrious and delicious!

Tofu Lumpia | Tofu Spring Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
100g shiitake mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
10g scallion
1 medium carrot
400g firm tofu
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
lumpia or spring roll wrappers
180°C for 10-12 minutes, flip halfway
spray with coconut oil
serve with tomato ketchup or vinegar dipping sauce
