I've actually played Balan Wonderworld, it's not that great but I'm pleasantly surprised by all the really good fan comics that have been popping up about it, like this one
I played the demo from what I saw the music and the character design for balan and the Wonderworld characters were really good. The Humans designs need bit of work
Not to mention the art and animation were good the big problem with it was the actual game play if the had just worked on it abit more it would of been a really good game

I’ve never actually played Balan Wonderland but my god if this comic wasn’t possibly the sweetest thing I’ve seen from it so far. Makes it even better with the VA’s sounding so natural with their dialogue for Balan and Adlynne. Just simply splendid. 👏
This also came out on my birthday as well so that is a extra bonus for discovering this!

Balan wonderworld deserves much better treatment then what it gotten because the fans of this franchise has honestly made better animatics and comic dubs out of this that makes me wish this had a better game or was a show instead of a game. Make no mistake while the gameplay and mechanics were bad the characters designs and settings were honestly phenomenal and deserved better because wow! the designers deserved a raise.

I love the voice for Balnc in this fan comic. I love the game and the book on Amazon really helps understand the story. I think it would make a good anime and explain everything too.

Oh my, poor kid, she was so scared of Balan. At least Balan cheered her up with the hugs, magic & the Tim. 🥺
I was worried that Lance was coming after her (hence the frightened "Don't hurt me!") & worried that Lance was going to get her after Balan lost her & try to manipulate her with his negativity speeches/mind erase thing & trap her in a stage in Wonderworld.
But hey, at least Balan found her & cheered her up before Lance had a chance.
Edit: Oh no I saw the other parts of this & Lance got to them, but no he didn't do anything bad (like the usual mind erase & trap people in Wonderworld)

Now this reminds me of NiGHTS. It is so well done, and is a much better intro than the actual game. I am invested in this story, very well done. ANd the voice-acting is fantastic! Bravo!
