This is the coolest tutorial i've seen so far. Made me jump in excitement. . . Hope u are out of your difficult phase. .Rise up and Fly away into your serenity.
Hi Satori just found your channel. Finding the tutorials really helpful and very well explained. I had a few questions, 1. Was the jump into Photoshop needed to make the blending modes or can this be done in Illustrator? 2. Would I need to make the design big enough to look good when printed?
Hey Chris, cheers for the comment! You could actually open the transparency window in Illustrator, and change the blend mode of your design there. However, the results are sometimes different to that of Photoshop, so have a play around. When you make the design in Illustrator, make it on an A3 canvas at least, and you should be fine. Vectors print crisp and clean at any any scale though
haha was it you Nikola that suggested a little more technical on some tutorials? I am glad too! I really like the end result and I feel it will not be difficult for anybody to make some really cool artwork with this technique
Hey Bro , I am here in 2019 , lol and Thanks for everything first . regarding the gradient when I apply it it gets me black color only and hope everything is fine with you Brother , PEACE
what do you mean by 'create text' exactly? If you mean use fonts of other languages, you can find Japanese and Chinese fonts already on most fonts books on your computer. If you go into Photoshop and scroll down the font list right to the bottom you will find them there. As for other languages you can download them by searching on Google or www.dafont.com hope this helps
Hey! There could be several reasons for this. Firstly are you using more than one line on each part of the section you are adding the blend effect on? Also you need to make sure the 2 or more lines intersect and touch. Secondly, you need to go up to blend and blending options first, and use the same settings as me. Let me know if you still have the same issue.
