I feel like Going On. I play this every morning when I do my morning devotion. I will continue to Pray For The Families and Charleston. I am so Thankful that a Holy Man Reverend Norvel Goff and many others will be a instrument of healing. He was very kind to me as a new resident of Rochester, NY and a pillar in the community. Hope to visit Emanuel AME Church in the future. I will continue to pray for all churches
Yesszsssszssssssssssssssssssssssssssz Lord, I've been waiting for a different view... MANNNNN this man of God bless ed me dearly... Thank God for you sharing your video... Amen
Thanks so much for uploading this view. It's so much better than the tv version. I enjoyed watching the audience interact with Rev Miller. I'm not understanding how all those preachers could sit on the pulpit all "stiff-necked" during that selection. They didn't get up until the President walked in...SMH!!! So who are they really worshiping?! Anywho, I was raised in the church & love the Lord...I love my president too!! Thanks again!
@martinhix It would be nice if you could just at least appreciate the effort. You have no idea what that time was like in Charleston or even what that day itself entailed. I was fortunate to have any coverage at all.
the consideration of effort in ones endeavors is always of prime importance, for consideration of invested effort is generally a good indicator of that effort. nevertheless, my interest in the idea nor the prophered fellowship of the event is relevant to "the old ship of zion." my central statement expressed my disappointment in and displeasure of a poor recording of the song: "the old ship of zion,": not analysis of your fellowship, experiences in charleston, or my alleged lack of understanding of the event. again, these issues are not relevant to my argument. in passing, a body was present, a casket, mourners, choir, flowers and the like. by most conclusive standards, even a stomp idiot would surely agree that the salient points of a funeral have been demonstrated. the idea---someone is dead! funerals are stressful---small or large. the venue in which this is offered in a venue for music and video, it is not mortuary 101 funeral directing, so let's say "tell it to the judge, sister" and learn from this.
I love this song ❤
My father the late Rev . John Hamilton loved this song so much. My father really could sing this song.
