Yes! But I'm a Filipino. This Kari Noodles is one of my favorite noodles. My uncle which is from Mindanao, Philippines always brings us a 5 packs of this. ❤
Per packet of Maggi curry noodle: 1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil 2. Put in 2 pcs shallots and 1 pc garlic thinly sliced...stir fry till turn slightly brown...can add 2 pcs birds' eye chilli for extra 'kick' 3. Add the curry seasoning and stir fry for a minute 4. Add 330ml of water and let it boil 5. Upon boiling, add the noodles and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes...can add eggs and vegetables at this time 6. Per packet of Maggi curry noodle:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil
2. Put in 2 pcs shallots and 1 pc garlic thinly sliced...stir fry till turn slightly brown...can add 2 pcs birds' eye chilli for extra 'kick'
3. Add the curry seasoning and stir fry for a minute
4. Add 330ml of water and let it boil
5. Upon boiling, add the noodles and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes...can add eggs and vegetables at this time
6. Serve with garnishing of chopped Chinese celery and crispy fried chopped shallot...enjoy!
