I was delivering pizzas in an 88 CRX Si with Gude Bullfrog camshaft before the first Fast and Furious movie hit the theaters. I had a 1998 issue of Sport Compact Car magazine with an interview with Oscar Jackson who had won endurance races in CRX's and he said the 88 model was the best year due to the different rear lower control arms with more passive rear steer. 89+ models used a different design because too many people were spinning out and crashing their 88's. Years later the 97-01 Integra Type-R's used the same rear lower arm design as the 88 CRX's
Man that track is HUGE! And everything about this video is awesome - The sounds, the driving, the flames spitting out of the hood. Very cool.
Mr Pottas in his insane B16T
