  • This time I have prefered not to show myself, and I'm pretty sure I'll get more views that way (hiding my awful face :P), moreover, the pictures are really great.
I heard and learn this one from the great Dubliners, dunno if there is some sheetmusic/abc on www.thessesion.org, I just couldn't find it, so I learnt it by ear.
Thanks to the great audio technic Pablo for editing this ;)

@odubbs18 I prefered not to show myself to improve the audio, that's the true reason ^^. Thanks so much for listening ;)

@TheWarnings6 Damn it, it took a lot to me to answer xD. Mate, it's just a tin whislte in D, I blow more or less air to get higher or lower notes, the positions are the same, you just have to controle your blowing :P. Sorry for taking me too long to answer, hope it helps

Well Done - but a little tinny through my speakers. How about a version of this with your Susato? … I’d like to hear the differences - less tinny-shrill, I suspect?

Better late than never ^^. Ye is true that the audio is a bit.. messy. I own my sussato no more, but with my new Dixon the messiness maybe go away, I think is more a thing of the microphone anyways.

I was thinking a getting a Dixon, the plastic one with the brass slide for tuning. Those metal ones sound interesting but are a bit too shrilly for me. My ears ring if I play a metal one too long, but the plastic ones don’t have that high pitched shrill. Maybe later, I’ll buy a wood one, but they’re overpriced and expensive being hand made.
