Everything Hinged on One Territory - Win or Lose on Alcatraz Caps - Mediocre RISK: Global Domination

Alcatraz again. It seems to be the map that fits into my RISK: Global Domination schedule these days. I played a poor spawn perfectly - it all came down to one troop on one territory. Did I make the right move or the mediocre one? Enjoy!

Good try man. Should have capped on the bottom island. You were going to go for it anyways and nobody else went for it. More errors but that was the first one.
