I had this song played to me with ten other grown women who are survivors of domestic violence. There was not a dry eye around the table. We all cried like babies and we all felt empowered by the time this song was played. A very empowering song and just hearing these words is sometimes enough. It can give you the self worth that goes missing in these harrowing times. We all need to be kinder to others and mainly to ourselves. We too are our harshest critics. We are all beautiful just the way God made us.

Thank u so much for that reminder but the question is....do u think ur worth it? U are amazing if u r able to see through people's flaws or if they aren't the most attractive person u know (I think every one is amazingly beautiful) and there u are friends with them, I went through a very tough time u couldn't imagine the things that happened to me and having three other siblings it..it makes it even worse! But here I am strong tall and standing well, bad times help u grow and learn, if u don't get treated well by ur parents it is most likely u will care soooo much for ur children, always remember u are beautiful and amazing. If no one sees that it's their bad, they are missing out on an amazing opportunity, if they say u can't swim to save ur life, prove them wrong, it is amazing the things u can do if u realise the potential u have. Edit: Omg i just found out there's a new version of this song!! I still remember how the old version literally saved my life when i was just 15 years old. I felt too ugly, too fat, too unworthy of life. Jemy Joy So TRUE! Artist these days are just laying down on tables with barely lingerie on, and singing about how people should f*** them. Cimorelli is the complete opposite and that's why i like them. They sing about things that are actually big problems and they most importantly don't sing about things that nobody cares about.

I first found this song over a year ago. Every single time I tried to stop cutting I would listen to this, and every time I relapsed it would sing it to myself to remind me of this. It's now been 3 months since I last cut and this is the first time I've listen to it this year after having to leave this account for a while.

Potato Tomato thank you! actually was just feeling pretty horrible ..reread your comment now and yes I felt/feel exactly the same way...! and btw I was very skeptical about hypnosis, best advice I heard was to press play to start the video, lie down and close your eyes as if to take a nap, and just let his voice talk in the background, don't get too caught up in the words he uses (a lot of times it doesn't make sense...that is the point, to trick the brain into relaxing and being open to suggestions. You will probably doze off at some point and then wake up at the end..thats totally normal- the messages still get through as long as you started out awake). I have had great successes with weight loss and other topics with michael sealey, I really feel he is one of the best people on youtube doing hypnosis. Anyway good luck and all the best to you too!

This is a very emotional song to much because no one knows their own pain until that love it I am a cancer survior from 1997 and still fight this battle today as well as watching my 10 year old grandson Kayden fighting medablastonoma it started as a brain mass and it spread down his brain stem and spine any battle is its own when someone is fighting for it who they are this song says everything I wish I could have heard when I first started my battles very heart touching and very felt tonight sitting and watching the movie Hopes Spring Enternal with my grandson he connected with the whole movie then came this song and we both connected he is sooo amazing so strong minded strong willed and determined to achieve each of his goals he gets life more than I do which I value each previous breath taken in and exhaled I can truely say I have battled more than just cancer you just don't know how strong how much you are really worth it all until you experience battles outside your own control I can say I will share the movie and especially this video as much as I can which will be alot my grands has been through radition every day chemo once a week for the last 4 months physical therapy he is on his 6week break before starting a 6 hour a day chemotheraphy treatments for the next 7 months straight I can only imagine when you can't hide or cover up any truth to him what his is told which is the absolute truth of it all how he must feel or how his mind must think he fights and struggles each day of all the things he used to could do can't do and strives strives so hard to do again though this cancer is one of the most aggressive cancers there is to fight it is curable it is very risky and not a 100% guaranteed proceeds progress for each person to survive he sure is worth it to fight for to help him and his my entire family through it all as for every one else NEVER LOSE FAITH NEVER LOSE HOPE NEVER STOP BELIEVING THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS MAY GODS BLESSINGS BE WITH AND UPON EVERYONE BECAUSE THERE IS TRUELY A BATTLE BEING FOUGHT WITHIN OR BY SOMEONE there is a plan for each journey taken each person just know no matter who you are or where you are from or what battle being fought you are here for a reason you are special you are beautiful handsome wanted needed and loved so very much loved enjoy every minute of your love for you keep your happy be happy God loves you you are so loved

I've been following you guys for almost 2 years now and I watched this video multiple times. I came across it again today and I think this is the first time I realized that I actually think I'm worthless because I feel so lost and directionless lately. I have been through a lot in my life and I know that all the pain and the depression just made me stronger in the end. I think it's finally time that I decide I'm worth it. I know there are people that rely on me and love me but I just have been so hard on myself and struggled to love myself. I want to change that now. I encourage you reading this to do the same thing.
