Thank you so much for posting this fascinating and thought-provoking video.
Please accept my profound apologies but Khufu had absolutely nothing to do with the conception, design or building of any of the Great Pyramids of Giza.
In fact, they are over 40,000 years old and were designed and built by a race of people who were Master architects, astronomers, builders, experts in electromagnetism, mathematics, hydro technology and acoustics to name but a few disciplines. They used advanced technologies in their design and building of the Great Pyramids.
The Pyramids at Giza are the oldest in Egypt and were designed by the Original Pyramid Builders. This is why they are relatively intact and not crumbling, unlike the newer Pyramids.
None of the Pyramids in Egypt was EVER intended as a tomb for some deceased Pharaoh. Instead, they were designed and used for a myriad other purposes.
I am very, very, very sorry that my factual data will be at odds with so many people. The Truth is out there but is far removed from the version of History propagated by many individuals who know better.
My humble thanks to anyone who has kindly taken the time to read this simple offering.
    I wish you well.

Jean Pierre Houdin's Theory of the Grand Gallery was a work area of Counterweight to build the Kings Chamber really opened my eyes to how this theory is the best ever to date.
Everything about this way of construction is do-able and as proven all the signs of wear n tear on the stones within the GG floor sides and the Anti Chamber upper granite Great step.

Subsequent on site research proved in three different ways that there is no spiral internal ramp. It has been suggested that it could have been filled at completion however I think that it never existed, I thought or a couple of reasons, for sure people more educated than me has found others.
      1. It would have added enormous complexity and work. As the King's chamber and the great corridor show, special engineering is needed to keep a empty area safe from crushing under the enormous weight. Furthermore that area would have to be large enough and precisely maintained to allow large crews pull blocks with a sleight.
      2. Even if an internal spiral helps construction, why it has to be square? That makes it longer and created corner that are and additional difficulty at the turned no matter how large the "notches" are. These would be hight unstabilizing also.

    • @RandomPlaceHolderName
      @RandomPlaceHolderName 2 роки тому +1

@@paolob9699 To counter; "enormous complexity and work" are fine if they are your best or only option. We are talking about a nation's generational project here, not your mum's shed. Simplicity is effective but these people clearly had the means to build complex and precise things so complexity shouldn't be overruled.
Plus, the internal ramp would have been quite narrow, low and near the outer faces of the pyramid, not centrally located like the King's chamber. Less weight and especially precision required. As for the square shape, simple, they want straight ramps to decrease the force required to haul the blocks. Any curve increases the required force.
Lastly, turning a 3-5ton block and sled 90° is incredibly easy with the right equipment. Lift one end just a bit, slide a stone under it to act as pivot point, lower the end and then spin. Repeat to remove the pivot stone. Ever seen the man spinning large concrete columns singlehandedly?
Not saying the internal ramp exists, merely pointing out the flaws I see in your reasoning.

I first came in contact with this theory through the documentary featuring Mr. Houdin and Dr. Bob Brier and was instantly hooked. The more I've looked into it, my conviction has only grown. I might just be a lower degree egyptologist (M.A - Master of Arts), but Egyptology has been my life for the last closing up on 30 years and through it all, I've never before come across a theory that fits so well with what we know about availible technologies at the time, the archaeological evidence and the still standing result - i.e. the pyramid it self. There's been other architects as well as construction workers and tech-people who's put out other theories, but all of them (that I've come across) has been lacking in one key aspect - one which Jean-Pierre, though he's trying to downplay it, shows to have full comprehension of - and that is: egyptology. Or rather: an understanding of the times we're talking about. The mentality of the day. The historical context, if you will. It's saddening, to me, that there aren't more egyptologists out there willing to subscribe to Houdin's theory, because, if you ask me, it's not because they actually see flaws in it - it's rather the result of a: not even considdering it because he's not an egyptologist and he's been preceeded by hundreds of nut-job theories. and b: doctrinal _and_ personal hubris.
To end on a positive note though: It's my hope, that with time and the comming of new, younger, hopefully more openminded egyptologists, more and more of them will be willing to adopt and subscribe to Mr. Houdin's theory. Because me, personally,. I convinced: Jean-Pierre Houdin's struck gold!
(It's unfortunate that the second lecture weren't recorded since, as far as I understod, he would be talking about the inside of the pyramid in that one. And let me tell you: the evidence's just piling up once you're inside!!)
Cheers to all and don't forget: vaccination saves lives!

The Great Pyramid was built by a very advanced civilization at least 20,000 years ago, because they knew that their civilization would disappear due to a predictable but inescapable recurring disaster. All these magnificent structures that we find in Egypt, large but also very small, are a message to us: "Those about to die salute you". That recurring disaster is caused by the ninth planet in our solar system orbiting our sun in an eccentric orbit. So that planet is only around our sun and its planets for a short time. After crossing the ecliptic plane of the known eight planets at a very high speed, it disappears into the universe for a few thousand years. These crossings cause disasters on our planet with a huge tidal wave, storms, flooding and earthquakes in unprecedented amounts and a bombardment of fiery meteors. Another result is a cycle of civilizations. To learn much more about planet 9, the recurring flood cycle and its timeline, the rebirth of civilizations and ancient high technology, read the e-book: "Planet 9 = Nibiru". This book answers many of your questions about ancient history. It can be read on any computer, tablet or smartphone. Search: planet 9 roest

I wish this theory would be tested with a smaller scale steel build pyramid where they would try to imitate the pulling of the stones up the inner sides of the pyramid. This theory is fine but I think we need experimenting to see how fast a single stone and then a series of stones can be pulled up to the current building height of the pyramid. Also what happens if there is a accident and a stone crashes down the inner pathway down to the previous corner. How did they clear up the accidents since we are talking about vast quantities of stone blocks being taken up.

Speaking as an Architect and Builder myself, the internal ramp theory makes the most sense.
The external wrap-around theory never worked for me, mainly because of sequencing and sheer waste of materials/labour.
If they did build it with the internal ramp, when it was all finished, they probably filled it all in from the top down. This would be ‘belt and braces’ in terms of structural stability, and security. They might have filled it with sand or rubble, with retaining cross walls periodically placed across the ramp corridor.
So we’ll probably never know if the ramp is in there, unless there is a huge advance in X-Ray penetrating radar technology. This is unlikely to happen in our lifetime.

Unfortunately the Great pyramid is not from Khufu's time period.
So he could not have built it.
It is far older then 3000 years.
Khufu is from 2589-2566 BC so that is about 4500 years ago.
Weathering patterns show it to be far older then 4500 years.
    Thousands of years older.
Khufu simply discovered the Great pyramid and reused it the best he could.
Ooh yeah and 4500 year old graffiti doesn't mean nothing you all know that.

All hail the mighty man of infallible knowledge.....
You do realise that wind, sand and water are not the only processes of erosion for limestone?
Limestone is alkali, and the coarser limestone beneath the Tura casing stones would be more porous and therefor likely to degrade during periods of more acidic rainfall.
Such periods can happen any time there is a geological event causing a sizable gas leak from the ground - either sulphur or carbon dioxide would do the trick.
To say nothing of volcanic eruptions we know to have happened at least twice in and around the Mediterranean since the building of the pyramid.
      Most chiefly the Santorini/Theran eruption.

He's an architect by trade, not a historian or archaeologist.

Coupled with the anomalies seen on the 80s micro-gravimetry scan it's pretty damn compelling.

History as we know it or better said the true history of all like structures in every corner of the world are not 4500 years old as once thought or written in the history books! new evidence proves just about every monilithic site on earth was built by a much older civilazation and yes even the pyramids, sphnix, and other great oddities of the world have mostly been dated to some 12500 years agoThe true facts about all these sites around the world are now being reexamined because even i know that people won't be willing to accept these new facts, that would mean rewriting the history of the human race but why would this be such an issue, well just think about everything you currently have learned or know about these subjects no matter how novice it might be?
The therory is that we were advanced beyond our time 12000 years ago, we must also remember the Earth is 4.5 billion years old but people will say the religious records (bible) says 6000 but thats just refering to recorded time. We don't know really when we arose from the primorial sludge which is bull-crap I think we came here from some other place in the universe hundreds of thousand years ago (yes GOD and Jesus have been around for ever in a matter of speaking) the same for other religous persons but they all talk about the rise of humans on every continent pertaining to the beleifs of that particular religion!
I didn't want to get off track but religion has been an important part of the human condition since we started keeping records but before Egypt, Jesus, and the Christian Bible there is basically no history of the human race except for ancient text, carvings, copper scrools, and things dating before what just about every relgious book talks and gives their description the best they could explain yet today we are figuring out the true meaning of the writings that describe some really fantasic events that ancient people had no idea what they were withness to and could only give their best description of something like a sky-ship as a firery bird, etc.
I could write for hours about all the great marvels we have seen or that is hidden in the text of ages but the biggest tragedy is what I am sure not only what the holy people from ancient time did (Christian leaders) but most religious leaders did was to hide the truth from the people because they wanted to be seen as the supreme power to all without any other text, proof, or person to state as much. thats why the Christian holy wars destroyed all record of anything from the past not that they didn't think it was true but it would cause people to think for them selves and learn new technologies from our ancient relitives.
We know as fact that the Vatican city has mass amount of historic records the hide away from the people for thousand of years. So to end just think about what the US government have discovered and lock away from the public eye like from the movies or show X-files, not to sound silly, but now don't you think every country has their own stock pile of ancient lets just say stuff locked away for them to examine.
Our existance it truley awesome and humans could be so much more enriched if we were allowed to learn more about all these items the church and governments of the world have hoarded away from the light of day. I know this might be off topic from the pyramids and ancient Egypt but its not thats why we still can't find the answers to how they were build and why are sites off limits or if you ever been there a lot of areas are gated off with no access its just time to open up everything to the greatest minds in the world but we might not like what the truth is!

The only theory that can account for the lifting of he 60 ton blocks is by using water lock lifts to raise them. Mr. Houdin's counter balance might possibly lift them to the "grand step" but not beyond. To achieve this he pulls these giant stones up a ramp in front which is definitely not possible. And if he builds a ramp up to 200 feet high, then the interior so called ramp would be of no help as the front ramp would be used. Go to James Northcutt on youtube to see a demo and contact info. What was the purpose of the Great Pyramids of Giza?
The Great Pyramid was built by the Pharaoh as a mechanical device to slow time in order to increase the Pharaoh’s life span. The Pharaoh was instructed to routinely sleep in the granite coffer within the King’s chamber. The enormous mass of the Great Pyramid (30 Million tons of Limestone) has the effect of slowing time in the pyramid’s interior relative to its exterior.
    (Rainer Time Longevity Equation T=√D2x M x 1/E )
Hence, the Pharaoh was able to slow the aging process and as a result, increase his life span. The Great Pharaoh Ramses II lived to be 96 years of age (three times the average life span for that era). Hence, the ancient Egyptian’s understanding of the relationship between Mass and Time, brands them as the founders of the elemental principles of physics.

First of all, a ton isn’t a unit of mass, so I doubt you even understand what mass is. Second, the pyramid doesn’t weight 30 million tons. The estimate is 5,750,000 tons.
The average lifespan back then was greatly affected by infant mortality. It wasn’t uncommon for people to live as long as they do today.
If mass affects the passage of time in one location relative to another, how does time know which side of a mass to run slower on? The King’s chamber is above the ground, thus is at a higher relative velocity than the ground, which should slow the passage of time in the chamber relative to the ground.
Whatever the pyramid weighs, it is nowhere near as heavy as the area surrounding a deep coal mine, and we all know how much extended lifespan those guys got out of the deal. Seriously, five minutes of casual thought destroys your entire idea. Thanks for playing.

I think it's the best explanation of how they did it, the internal ramp. There is tantalising evidence it's there, but it's very hard getting the Egyptians to allow exploration in the pyramids. They at least learned buerocracy and red tape from us British!. This theory and the papyrus diary of Merer found at Wadi al Jarf, seem the final proof to anyone with half a brain, that the pyramids are indeed tombs for god like kings like Khufu and all these crackpots on you tube are totally wrong with their mad ideas about who built the pyramids and how, that are borne from their large over inflated attention seeking egos. I find it more interesting that scientist and engineers are still trying to create a theory, but none have explained the evolution of it. How was something built with such precision, aligned to the constellation, but no dwelling structure stands as intact that was built before, and the evolution of that level of work is not seen afterwards. Why were they that advanced at that one point in time? It’s like the Wright brother’s building a plane and 1000 years later everyone is on horseback.

That's it, you did it Mr Houdin
That's how ancient Egyptians built the Pyramids
When you focus on the idea, and you settle in it comfortably into you mind, you find that it's both genius and simple
I've seen as a child in the country side in north africa, farmers pile straw Hay Bales inside large storage rooms to the ceiling with nothing more that this concept of internal ramp. The same concept is used to take out hay bales later on in the winter
If you don't see it happen with your own eyes, and you never heard of it, you'd think it's impossible that things would fall on you
But if done correctly, it's really a logical thing not as complex as some would make it seem
They keep using the Hay bale to step on to reach higher levels
Somebody ought to demonstrate the concept, though Mr Houdin showed a video of something like it in Cairo
But you need to see the demonstration with those sand bags from the inside, with the builder rises from level to level with nothing but pure man power
I guess it should be called Man Crane
We evolve, but we don't evolve from zero IQ, we evolve from intelligent to more intelligent, and we pile on experiences
The ancient Egyptian left his mark on history

He conveniently left out soo much !
Firstly, laying the mega amount of enormous foundation blocks with absolute sound leveling perfection,, that also lock into the base of the Great Pyramid.
The way in which the gigantic granite blocks were cut, polished, lifted and placed perfectly on top of an equally matched/mirrored side of another block without having to re-lift, re-sand, re-cut, re-chisel and replace.
How they managed to carefully, construct the blocks with perfect persicion to ensure an exact flawless, straight & highly accurate ascending grade & measurement around the four small diagonal square shafts that point to the stars.
A shocking lack of respect was shown, by conveniently leaving out the very difficult explanation to the high degree of genius skill, discipline & expertise needed to manage, map, plan, work & construct each coarse of the randomly shaped multi- tonne blocks in accordance to the very slight side grade of the (not 4) but 8 sides of the build,
while continously keeping it perfect check.
He also quickly explained the best way to position the Enormous Enigma accurately & precise to True North ,, -as if it's as easy as swiveling your desk chair around and pointing it at the T.V.

The only shocking lack of respect is by people like yourself who don't know their arse from their face denigrating years of a mans work by citing nothing more than 'information' from random alt history UA-cam videos to inform him to the contrary.
Your 'perfection' schlock is an overused meme by the likes of Christopher Dunn, Brien Foerster and others who have no real grounding in archaeological study of Egypt, or even basic science in some cases.
Dunn's claims of perfection are easily disproven by his own pictures which show the stones are often not nearly as flat as he claims them to be in the case of the Serapium 'boxes'.
99/100 when such people claim to have consulted a geologist or sculptor they do not go into detail about exactly how much experience or credentials these people have, because real geologists and sculptors can and do refute them as being full of shit.
"He also quickly explained the best way to position the Enormous Enigma accurately & precise to True North ,, -as if it's as easy as swiveling your desk chair around and pointing it at the T.V. "
Believe it or not, the old ways were not that complex and did not require large observatories.
The ancients had little to work with, so they optimised their approach based on the available materials and locations.
Again, and I cannot stress this enough.
      THE PYRAMIDS ARE NOT PERFECT.
Look at the stones behind the casing and then the layer behind those stones
Suddenly the masonry starts looks slapshod as fuck, with any old bit of stone shoved in to get the job done.
Does that sound like perfection to you?
This is how you get it done in 20-30 years.
You make a big effort on the core and first 2-3 layers of the exterior, and then just wing it for the rest between with best managed materials - likely reusing a lot of waste from the casing and core stone quarrying process, which saves a lot on time and effort compared to quarrying entirely new 'perfectly' cut blocks.

      Not just copper.
First off the copper is not pure, it is in fact a naturally hardened copper/arsenic alloy.
Secondly abrasives were used to cut stone, both sand of various types and corundum powder which is easily enough to saw through granite with the right tools (ie copper/arsenic saw).
      Thirdly wood was used to.
Sleds to pull stone blocks along the ground (probably on wet sand lubricant), and to construct the counterweight trolley system, possibly even other counterweight platforms that were used in conjunction with other shafts found around the Great Pyramid.

All this kind of theories have been shown nonsense in the past. That is why we don't know how the pyramids were built.
This theory has nothing new to it, simply rehearsing the previous theories.

JP.Houdin as many architects aiming to uncover the pyramid enigma construction, does not take into account the archeological evidences or the physics.
Let me tell you some of each:
Archeological evidence uncovered by Marck Lehner in the Heit el Ghurab (at the foot of the Giza plateau) the town of pyramids workers, leads to a number of workers around 2,000.
Physic evidence: an average block was about 1M3 volume weighting 2.4 t.
JP.Houdin was wrong not taking into consideration quarrying out the blocks before trying to get them on the ramps in the pyramid.
It's like the guy who explains to you how to get a satellite on orbit fully neglecting the first stage of the rocket that consumme 95% of the energy.
Just look: to extract the block from the bedrock you have to cut a furrow on three faces, it leads to a volume of crushed stone roughly equal in first approximation to half the surface multiplied by the width of the furrow, for the average block not so far from 3 x Width (in meter) = volume of crushed stone in M3.
Manual cutting a furrow with a chisel in a hand a worker can develop a 40 w power to cut the stone, producing 0.5 KWH at the end of the day, 1 KWH if he used a two handed pick.
But in both cases, the furrow width is 0.7 m because the worker body must fit in the furrow.
So for a 0.7 m width furrow it takes 2 M3 of crushed stone to get a 1M3 block, as a result you need 3 M3 of quarry to get 1 M3 of pyramid, and more, not only you need to move 1 M3 of block to the pyramid, but to put 2 M3 of rubble somewhere out of the quarry in addition.
Other physical evidence, the limestone making the filling blocks, consumes 10 KWH of energy for 1 M3 crushed.
As a result it took 20 to 40 man x day to get an average block out of the quarry depending on the tool used, so the output of 2,000 wouldn't be more than 50 to 100 average blocks a day.
The daily production requirement to make the pyramid in 20 years was around 400 average blocks.
As a Consequence of Both Arckeological and Physical Evidences, using hand tools to quarry the blocks they were short of 300 to 350 blocks a day using 100% of the town's population!
Did this brilliant architect explaining how to hardly drag the blocks on ramps,
    just took the time to:
firstly understand the problem of getting blocks in numbers
secondly propose a way for the ancient Egyptians to solve the shortage problem?
    NO !!
    Conclusion:
This video is nothing than pyramid building in wonderland, 1:30 Hour of bullshit!

Good to see a few that understand the real problem here. all these theories just forcus on ONE little detail and forget the monstrious near impossible feat the great pyramid is. it is simple, who ever built them let the knowledge die with them. It is an absolutely insane feat , people have no clue... and just watch a video on youtube and voila thats how it was done... lmao. I can go into endless feats on why the great pyramid is still the biggest mystery. but let me just put these three points that cease the deal on why the great pyramid is mindboggling and non explained yet:
1-it is MASSIVE and made of 2.5million blocks perfectly fit in a shape of an EXACT pyramid and stood the test of time
2-Laser precision on a building so large! incredible! Still not achieved today. the most accurate buildings today are FAR smaller and still not as accurate...
3-No tools, no devices, no plans, no traces, no nothing... this is the most mind boggling fact..there are nothing left for clues...

    • @ast3663
      @ast3663 6 років тому +1

I think you didnt go too far into Houdins theory. What size of blocks are you refering to? The amount of stone used for the MOST part of the MASS is FILLER stone. These are very irregular and go from half a meter to bigger ones held together with mortar. You can clearly see this on the INSIDE, eg inside AlMamuns tunnel or the hole which was blasted in the front. There are fotos of that where you can see how small and irregular these are. The fine white and (softer) outer Tura lime casing stones were quarried with regular copper chisels.
As for the other theories, THESE are absolutley crap, gigantic much too steep big ramp theory doenst work. Same as the outer spiral ramp theory. In NO way they would have had the possibility to control the angle from the edges with was absolutley crucial.( look at Khafres top of pyramid which is twisted). And as Houdin said, hiw to fix at all?? His theory is the ONLY one that will stand the time.
All others are not realistic at all. And this goes only for architectural side. Borcharts', Lehners' and Hawass' ( and others) work is outstanding, too.

@@dealeryard2629 - That the pyramids reserve several mysteries is no secret. But myth do not help at all. Have a real look at Houdin work. It makes a lot of sense. About your mind boggling conjectures...
1 - Outer layer and wells are relatively well fit. The rest is filling!
2 - "Laser precision". That's probably the most ridiculous myth spread over generations. Although proven wrong several times. Topping with another myth "we can't achieve it today" surely doesn't help.
3 - Nothing and scarce is not the same thing. Scarce tools, devices... from a construction site this old and with several other construction layers. Seating beside a major city for thousands of years.
I don't find so hard to believe that over time whatever was laying around as been retrieved, collected, exchanged, sold, etc. If looking carefully I'm pretty sure more could be found. But there's no particular effort focused on that, making any appearance pretty much fortuit. Either case saying nothing imply that every tools, devices... in the Cairo museum and spread all over the world account for nothing.
Tip: Upon inauguration, even nowadays, what's the first activity done on site? CLEAN THE SITE, remove tools, etc. ;-)
Beside it's tremendously obvious that if stones the size of the ones from the outer layer could be stolen from site. More "pocket" size items wouldn't have better luck. ;-)
