aha you trying to angle that 90 was me in a nutshell, I can do the hardest things sometimes but when it comes to easier things like aligning that 90 to the frame, it'll take me 10 tries sometimes 😂
In all the alignments videos no one is actually showing how to adjust / move the axles to the right position ( showing what bolts to work to get the axle in the proper place)
On that truck (I have a similar one) you'd release the u-bolts and slide the axle forward or back and left or right to center on the frame. My Freightliner doesn't have adjustable torsion bars like a trailer has, you slide the axle slightly to align it. Remember the spring has a center pin so you can only move it a limited amount. Disclaimer: Don't take my advice....I am not an alignment professional, just a dumbass owner/operator.
@@envisionCamusaOn a low air leaf suspension, you move the axles to center by shimming the torque rod at the differential mounting end. If the axle is 1/2 inch off center then you subtract 1/4 inch of shims to move the axle over. On full leaf suspensions, they can be slide on the springs but only about 1/8th of an inch. Usually if the axle if off center then that means the leaf spring is bent or the centering pins are damaged and sheared off.

That bat is 10'? I think 10ft is way wider than the frame and the wheels
