Video is helpful so I thank you for that but if every game is just spammy Run n Gun instead of any real deception I’m going to pass this one up. I’ll play Vigor if I want a straight up shooter extraction game
One video is not a good overview of the entire game! The game is a stealth FPS, i play a lot of stealth during normal games as well! Check out some other vids (for example the extraction one) and you’ll see different sides
The video was very run and gun, but most matches aren't as run and gun. In the team mode you'll occasionally run into a wolfpack team (usually Chavez, Squire, and Hans) specifically built to hunt other teams and win those fights. The devs have also said they're working on a 'heat' system, so gunning down random NPCs will eventually punish you.
can you play larcin dude? there is noway that playstyle you make can be applied to larcin perma running and jumping..if you fight you always lose

Open beta was last weekend. Game comes out March 21st.

I kind of expected it to be this way, and it looks like I'm right: the best players just bunny hop around and do the objective as fast as possible. So with the most (only?) interesting part of the game being mostly unused, what's left is an extraction royale game with "hold E" objectives and lame gunplay. What's the point? With this game's ridiculously long TTK and the fact that being disguised protects you from headshots, it's hard to blame the players for immediately recognizing that playing into their disguises is just a waste of time. It seems like the devs realized they couldn't get the only unique part of their game to work so they just decided to add character classes to a half-baked vanilla extraction shooter while marketing the ever living shit out of their pointless gimmick and hoping the shit sticks . Pretty disappointing. No hate to you, just the game.
I'd personally suggest to look a bit more into the game! The game is a stealth FPS, meaning gunplay is very important. I have lots of games where I'm forced to stealth the entire game, because 1 random movement or run or jump can mean death. If someone sees you walking somewhere you have big chances of dying, since they get the jump on you first. If you have a lobby with the top 10 players, I can assure you everyone plays slow and stealthy.
Also keep in mind, the games where I run around and bhop and die within 30 seconds of the game, are not games I upload :)
@@Jerb_Jerb Thanks for the reply, I was kinda hoping to be proven wrong. Any games you suggest on your channel where the stealth play stands out? I'll check out some more in the meantime.
@Evan it really depends on who's playing for me I draw out the stealth
@@Evan-fh2zg I don't personally really have that many games uploaded where I stealth a lot.. it happens in most random games. I'll stealth around acting like an npc until i find someone suspicious.. happens alot when I'm streaming on twitch!
if u wanna watch something quick, the ''fighting the whole lobby while extracting'' is a good example of what can happen if everyone rushes early in the game... we did all vault terminals super fast, i grabbed the briefcase and then the game, instead of a deathmatch while running around, turned into me being FORCED to play slow and stealthy, otherwise i'd get my ass kicked :)
interesting but seems pretty broken with the kit you're playing with kind of makes it unplayable for others. otherwise its got good potential but the whole UI design is too kid friendly
Dam this game looks just as bad as I thought.
Personally it's been one of the most fun games I've ever played! Not sure if you're talking about gameplay wise or look wise, but I can assure you both of them are really great :)
It's really not a bad game. It's just different. Take some time to learn what's going on. If you're into these type of games then this is the one to play right now. Takes less than 10 seconds to get into a game.
