I will admit that with the Gloria, though, I did not use raw onions because I do not like them. But homemade quick pickled shallots with peppercorns, mustard seeds, and coriander seeds were an excellent swap for me. Please keep those sandwiches coming in 2024, but take some time for R&R so you don’t get burned out.

Bologna is honestly underrated. Sounds weird but, yeah. Underrated.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND the cevapchichi sandwich from croatia. ajvar is a must, with a bit more onion than you think is required.
